Is Harry Potter Fiction Novels & Stories

Books are oxygen for the literate. For me, there's no other way to breathe. Breathing comes naturally to living organisms. For a nerd with a perfect attendance record and zero friends, air fills my lungs, and words fill my head. I like filling my head with facts, opinions, and fanfiction. There's nothing better than reading Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings fanfics on a Friday night.

It was the second time I burned myself with my cup of tea. I had recently bought it when I discovered an internet store about literary articles, and I instantly fell in love with the Harry Potter-themed cup that only required the coat of arms belonging to the book when it was filled to the top by a smoking liquid. Most of the time, I just filled it with water just to have the pleasure of seeing the dark color giving way to the brightness that contained the drawing of the most famous magnificent witchcraft school in the literary world.

Tony inquired. "Can we fuck with some 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone'?" "Sounds like a plan!" He started to scan through the movies on the 'Fantasy' shelf. "Did you know that the original name for the first book was 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone?' They changed it to the americanized 'Sorcerer's Stone' because it sounded more "magical" to us uncultured Americans. JK Rowling was pissed," Dillon said emphatically. The dude had so many random facts that bounced around in his head. There was always something new to learn with him.

“Pardon. We will talk outside. Come---” “No I am not here to talk with Keith. I’m actually here to have a conversation with you Mr. Paul. I want you to be aware of the people around you. You're an old man and can be tricked easily. Take care of this place, these precious valuable items” Henry said while he passed his hand through the glass window in which all the ornaments were shining. “I mean you’re the owner of this place and you must be the one who looks after the accounts right?”

“What? “Uhm, Madam Puddifoot? From Harry Potter? In Hogsmeade Village?” “You like Harry Potter?” Jackson replies with a chuckle. “I saw the movies when I was a child, but I have not thought of them much since, I suppose.” Monica’s smile is bright as she admits, “I love them. I watch all eight movies at least once a year and lost count of how many times I have also read the books years ago. But the first time I read them was with my mom, and we both fell in love with the stories.” “Who’s your favorite? Harry?”

But her excitement and conviction made me believe that it was real. "Wait, so there are actually people with magical powers?" I asked, trying to wrap my head around this new information. "Yes, and it's not just limited to humans. There are also fantastic creatures like dragons, unicorns, and even talking paintings," She replied, her eyes sparkling with wonder. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It sounded like a world full of endless possibilities and adventure. "And the best part is, Harry Potter, the famous wizard, goes to Hogwarts too. He's the chosen one, destined to defeat the dark wizard, Lord Voldemort," Renee continued, her voice filled with excitement.

It's all a fantasy. Fable has been my escape. An unhealthy one. A safe pretend world where I could bury myself. Just like how Zee cried after she finished the final Harry Potter book, or how Jamie bases so much of her worth on the fictional version of herself that lives across a thousand Instagram pics, in the comments and likes of a thousand strangers. Just carefully constructed lies to comfort and lull. Dreams.

It is hard to chew it as I try my best to smile innocently at Sky who sighs and pokes my full cheeks, commenting that I look like a chipmunk. “Option one from about two hundred and fifty years ago, the Harry Potter Series.” Lia chimes in, motioning the pile of seven movie sitting on the edge of the coffee table. I laugh, watching as Lia begins to take the first movie – Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone. I movie full of magic and a revolution at the end. Seems fitting to what I am dealing with right now. “What the other option?” Sky asks, wrapping his arm around my shoulder and pressing a kiss on my forehead.

Kiara's pov "Caught in a lie" That was the name of the Novel I read. Our dear author just had to lock the chapters in the end, which made the last chapters open only if you pay. And always I left it as I don't want to waste my money for just a novel. I could have used it for something else.

Twice. Then I reread the letter, word by word until the words were engraved in my mind, and yet I still have no idea what is it about. Who on Earth is Mr. Fiction? And what is this letter about? Why did he call me Jules? My name is Julie and though Jules can make a cute nickname, no one has ever called me Jules, not even my parents or family. Is this letter even for me?
