Nathan turned towards the sound to see a fluffy white samoyed running straight at them. "Marshall!" Daniel called, and knelt down to receive the dog which jumped into his arms. He laughed cheerfully, and it was the happiest Nathan had seen Daniel that day. Nathan smiled. "I thought her name was Marshmallow." "Yes it is, but it is a bit long and my dad and grandma keep calling her Marshall," Daniel gave Marshmallow belly rubs as she rolled over to show her stomach. Nathan sat down and joined in petting the fluffy white creature. She sniffed at his hand suspiciously for a bit but was otherwise happy to be petted and adored by her master's new friend.
