Melissa raised her brow. It has been hours, Mrs. Salvador had retired to her bed, Jessica was sulking and Jasmine now was talking actively with Melissa's Intel while brainstorming ideas with him. But Melissa was still obsessed with seeing Xavier and Brian talking, without the latter nursing an injury. Xavier rolled his eyes, he was just opposite them, on a loveseat couch and could very well hear the conversation between the two, from Melissa asking what they have talked about to outrightly asking him, if Xavier probably sounded off, almost hinting that he might be mentally unstable because of current happenings.

Isuzu spent the rest of the day, practising getting in the world of pitch black and getting out of it. While Celeste and Iowa would support her from the outside, pulling her out if she could not. Isuzu entered that world over and over again. Melissa flinched, grabbed her head, and squeezed her eyes shut. “No,” she whispered to herself. “Stop. Not now.” I rushed toward the glass that separated us. “Melissa! Look at me!” She dropped to one knee, breathing hard. “I’m trying—just give me a second—”

“Let’s hear all of it, then.” Sakura looked up at him, her eyes brewing with fresh tears. Then she began her tale. It was twenty minutes later when she was finished, and by then, Melissa announced her presence by leaning her slim body against the doorframe. “You look awful, Sakura,” she said. “What’s going on?” Sakura said, “Nothing. Are you leaving now?” Melissa frowned at the change in subject. Damn if she didn’t want to know what happened to the beauty. But she hoped it was very, very awful and humiliating. Well, surely it must be humiliating. Otherwise, there wouldn’t be tears in those two odd-colored eyes of Sakura’s.

Melissa warned, then picked up her bag to leave. “Where the hell do you think you’re going?” Isabel yelled, yanking at Melissa’s hair and pushing her back against Jared. Melissa’s breath hitched as she slammed into Jated. He managed to balance the both of them. “Stop this madness, Isabel!" Melissa’s hand trembled, her chest heaving as she tried to contain her boiling anger.

She started to say, but before the words could finish leaving her mouth, I was on her, crushing my lips against hers and kissing her like my life depended on it. “Mmmmm.” She moaned softly when my hands went around to cup her waist and I felt the front of my jeans bulge immediately. After kissing her for a while and getting a little satisfaction enough to carry me for another week, I pulled my lips away from hers. Melissa looked at me with wide eyes, but instead of complaining like I thought she would, she licked her lips together and smiled at me. “I thought I was getting a hug, Professor Zach,” She spoke.

Melissa hug Hiroshi after that Hiroshi on the other hand was very disappointed that Melissa didn't let him kiss her but with the hug that he receives from Melissa that disappointment disappears after.
