She just hasn't received the money yet." I waved at them. "If that's the case, then get lost for now. I'll take this unit." Hearing that, both of them panicked visibly. Shayla gritted her teeth and quickly spoke up. "This unit is mine. I'll get a bank loan right now for the deposit!"

She passes the key fob over the electronic pad, and we hear a beep and a click as the door unlocks. She greets Hailey, who is sitting at the desk. "Quincy!" Hailey says with hesitancy. "You guys are back early. Is that, um, good or bad?"

I say, growling as I remember his words. Jackson's body shakes with rage before I quickly grab his shoulder. "I shredded him, brother. I ripped every organ from his torso. He got what he deserved. And I hope I made his victims happy. Also, before I forget, Lewis won the Delta spot, but Trent showed true grit. So I reopened our long-lost Gamma position. We now have a Beta, Delta, and Gamma," I say, watching his face He nods and sighs. "Jason, we have to talk about what happened. I am so sorry my past caused our mate to run," Jacks says, letting his head hang in shame.

Reaching the third floor they stood behind the door that led from the stairwell into the corridor, tensed and ready to run as Camron mind-linked Delta Crozier. “Get ready, we’re coming in.” “I’m ready.” came the faint answer. “Go.” commanded Camron, worried about how weak Delta Crozier sounded as the four giant men sped along the corridor.
