~Aurora POV~ I came to the library to read books about vampires, werewolves, and supernatural powers. Rosie told me—there is a set of books about supernatural powers in the library. I was checking those books one after another on the row and shelf. "What are you doing?" A familiar voice echoed in my ear "Oh, my goodness!" I leaned back. My back touched the bookshelf, and one book was about to fall when Jacob held it. He is hell-close to me—I can feel his stomach and muscular chest touching my body.

Fiarra crossed her arms and yelled at me. “I am sorry! I couldn’t sleep so i thought i should use this time to get trained.” i explained. Jacob lifted the book and scanned it carefully, “did the elf give you this?” he asked. “Yeah! What?” “I asked for this book once when I noticed it in the library. He refused to give me because he thinks this book doesn’t belong to me.” Jacob was mad at the elf. “He is annoying1 once he told me that I will never be able to be a mother! I hate that idiot elf.” Fiarra complained.

"I don't know what you're talking about, Anna….Jacob did what he wanted to do." "You're lying again," Anna said, then slowly reached under her skirt and brought out a small, leather covered book. "This belongs to Jacob…. It was his journal. He wrote down everything, Sylvia…Every order you gave him, every time you made him feel like trash and every secret you told him to keep."

I said, watching him roll his eyes. “What again?” his lips thinned. “Carry me inside the house.” I softly laughed as I wrapped my arms around his neck, not willing to let go. “You’re a trouble.” He scolded. “A sweet one,” Jake was already in his room. It was one of the guest rooms he used to sleep in when he came to visit me before. He still had his clothes and other stuff inside the room. Rosa was out for the whole week because her daughter was sick. She was personally hired by Jake. He introduced me to her when I was just nine – practically a second mother to me.

HUNTER Our trip to New York was less tiring than I thought, I can even say that it was a riveting trip, Maggie sleeps cuddle up in my arms while I read ‘Archer’s Voice’ by Mia Sheridan, with the cover covered in black , of course! After all, I’m tired of my friends making fun of me because I’m a MMA fighter who likes to read novels. We get to Park Central Hotel and Gary check us in, I’m so happy for Maggie being here with me I’m barely able to hide my happiness. Gary looks at us hugging in the elevator and throws a bucket of cold water on me by saying:

(Myka POV) After my father leaves me with all these people that I don’t even know that my anxiety started to overwhelm me. I looked over to see the one that is called Micah that I was told he is my twin brother and I think the guy next to him is my mate. A part of me wanted to go over to them, but I was too scared to do so. I just back myself to the corner of the room sliding to the ground wishing that I could reach inside of me to talk to Delmira, my wolf. Sadly because of this stupid collar that she’s latterly trapped inside of me where I can’t even speak to her. It’s like a part of me is lost when they do this to me.

I thought he would have his fingers brought to in between my legs so I waited and waited and waited… until he smirked and stood up. What the fuck did just happen… “No fucking until you’re well rested.” That was he said before he made himself busy on his royal table. The silence enveloping us inside his cabin was even more painful to hear than the noise of children shouting and screaming in the omega area. Jacob was busy opening up sealed letters, reading them, then throwing them into a trashcan. He would take a gaze at me from minute to minute. And every time he do that, I would look away and keep my eyes busy with the things that are in this cabin.

I protested, but Jacob was adamant and insisted on feeding me the porridge he had prepared. When he brought the spoon near my mouth, I was forced to open my mouth because he assured me that it wouldn't take long. After I took a spoonful of the porridge, he said, “Good girl.” He gave me a book to read after he fed me my breakfast and then excused himself to take care of something important. I was curious about what he was up to as he walked away. Jacob was not someone who let go of something once he bit it, even though I only knew him for a short period of time.
