I halted and turned to Jada, who was talking with Logan, and she bobbed her head with a smile. I spent most of my day listening to them blabber about school, kid parties, and werewolves, among other things. No matter how excited or happy my day went, I couldn't get off the fact that I was having recurring dreams of the man, the dagger, and the book. I still saw the weaves, but on rare occasions. I felt its power the day we were by the river. The energy exuding from it was extremely powerful, and I was eager to discover the source of this madness.

LIAM As soon as I left Felix, my irritation still pulsing beneath the surface, I gave him a clear directive: "Dig into this 'Queen of the West.' I want to know everything by morning." This day kept getting better and better, with more mysterious women throwing themselves in my path. This Queen of the West woman, whoever she was, sounded more like a joke and a waste of time, and I had a feeling the stunt she pulled back in the game room wouldn't be her last.

I think all women maybe want someone like Luca, but also all men maybe want someone like Ria, someone they cannot forget, someone worth fighting for. Jade… oh Jade… she is very dark, maybe some readers hate her, maybe some love her because she is very powerful in her own way. I want her to be scary but also real. People who make mistakes, people who want revenge, people who hurt others… they exist in real life, so I want to put this in story too. She make story dangerous, she make Ria and Luca to fight, to run, to survive. Without Jade, story will be too simple, boring.

"Something like what?" She asks but I have seen a flicker of emotion pass through her eyes. Her eyes are just like Jayden's but duller. Her hair seems unruly from all the pins placed on different places. She seems 5"5 tall making her slightly shorter than me. "A chain, anything electronic. A car. You know those." I say and she seems deep in thought. As she touches her blue headphones around her neck. So he got her those.

Jeremy kept asking Nico if they should just quit school and Nico was not happy with that. Jessica, on the other hand, told us more about Deandra’s sins. Not only sleeping with Rex and his dad, Deandra was a stripper who happened to be the school owner’s mistress. Jessica knew about Rex threatening her brother to rape her, she brought a big scissor in case Rex comes near her, she was ready to cut his dick off. Nico kept asking about how Jess learned to hack and Jess immediately shut her mouth. She didn’t want to tell him.
