She was sitting with Valerie, picking at her food. But then something changed. Her head lifted slowly and a small smile touched her lips. She was looking at someone walking toward her table. It was Kaden, the new guy from the neighboring pack who had been at our school for a while now. He moved with a swagger like he owned the place even though he was just another scholarship student.
