My background is far beyond what you can imagine. I am the son of Oriville's Crosby family. Even if I kill you, what can anyone do about it? Who dares to touch me?"

Looking at the white skeleton in front of him, the man in a black robe, who looked like a thousand-year-old zombie, twitched the corner of his mouth slightly and spat out a cold sentence. "Humph, I didn't expect to meet you first!" There was a hint of coldness in the voice of Bones King.

When she got to the second paragraph the glass slipped from her hand and shattered across the floor. “Jasmyne what is it?” Aurora asked. “They dated the bones Aurora. They’re nine years old.”

The pre-school that Thomas referred to was the pre-school that Bones’ son attended. Bright Future Pre-school.

The first one I picked up was a letter. "Your Majesty, My words cannot express our sympathies to the royal family. Nemesis was a treasure that can never be replaced. ************************************************ Chris POV The news is on at the bar I'm currently sitting at drawing fellow patrons in as the news of what the police has discovered flashes on the screen along with a picture of her, her beautiful smile as bright as ever calls me in like a sirens song followed by the news that they found her in a shallow grave just outside of Benson Lake a few miles from Multnomah Falls by a couple with a dog that had smelt her decomposing body as they let him out to use the bathroom.

“OK, so… your Prez is a fuckin’ nightmare, your boys are disappearin’ left and right, kids are being dragged into this whole mess, and you’re in Viper’s sights, but you get a cancer diagnosis and find out that you have less than a year to live. So you decide that you’re goin’ out on your own terms.” “You got it in one, man.” Bones hefted the box, winced a bit at the pain in his stomach that never really went away. “Scars assures me that King is going to get me safely to my cabin. I’m going to watch the first snowfall of the winter out there… then I’m going to drink some tea laced with a little something that I’ve made up special, and go to sleep. Permanently.”

James loved his daughter and despite her current setback, he was still very proud of her. In contrast to Audrey's petite size, James was large and burly. A few inches over six feet and just under 210 pounds, James was a large, muscular man. Audrey called him her "Daddy-bear" growing up as he had a lot of hair on his chest and, at that time, wore a beard. James had dark blue eyes and thick brown hair that he kept cut short. He was a handsome man.

“We’re not safe here.” Jenna’s breath stilled. Because behind the stranger— Behind David Branson— The Bone King was rising. Silhouetted by lightning. Mask cracked. Eyes burning with murderous rage. Holding a new weapon. A spear tipped with human bone. And he hurled it— straight toward Jenna.

“I should have handled you when I could…” “What do you mean?” I blurt, eyes on him. I've always known Bones since I was a teenager, and he never smiles. I've never seen him with anyone, either, no woman. No man. He's only being loyal to my father. “I knew your hatred for Michael ran deep, and I was so ready to put you in your place. Kids like you deserve to be hard handled to learn lessons, but…” he looks at Michael. Then. “He never let me. He always believed the boy he once knew would grow to see the reasons he did what he did. Unfortunately…” he waves around. “That boy ended us here. That boy is allied with his father's enemy. That boy has shown nothing but cruelty.”
