But I couldn't even feel sorry for her—not her, who tried so hard to make my life a real hell. “Is she really dead..?” I asked Jason, still in a somewhat eager voice. I wasn't believing it, I wasn't believing that it had really come to an end. After all that confusion that had happened so recently, it was normal for me to think that I was still under threat from Kendall. “She's really dead, yes, my love, this has come to an end,” Jason replied, placing a kiss on my forehead. I hugged him and cried profusely, thanking God that I was finally free now.

Sullivan says, placing a file in front of Jason. Jason quickly opens the file. There are pictures inside from the accident. “If you look at the truck that hit your parents and the one with the man holding Eleanor in his arms, you can tell immediately that they are the same ones.” Mrs. Sullivan says, pointing to the pictures. Jason has them laid out on the dining table. “Eleanor, what day did your dad die?” “26th December 2000” I might have been just two years old, but Uncle Jack told me when I got older. It was two years later my mom died.

The irrefutable evidence came crashing like waves, one piece after the other. Jason's smugness collapsed instantly. He lunged toward the stage, trying to cut the power, only to be stopped by the bodyguards I had planned in advance. "What's the rush?" My voice was not loud, yet it carried clearly through the hall. "Mr. Moore, the show has only just begun. Oh, and there's one more thing. How exactly did our child die?" Jason's pupils dilated as his body swayed unsteadily. He stuttered, "W-What are you talking about? H-How could I know? Wasn't it just an accident? I know you blamed me for not being there with you at the time…"

He chugged his wine down and poured another. "Calm down, JJ." Jason hadn't said a single word since he got there. The only thing on his mind was his son. He didn't deserve to die. Celia walked towards Jason and tried to take his clothes off. "Let me help you get out of this restricting suit of yours," Celia said as she stared at him with complete lust. "Not now, Celia. I'm seriously not in the mood for this right now." Jason started looking around the room as though he was lost. He began getting flashbacks to the day he found out his son had died. He grabbed the corner of the kitchen island to support himself.

''Yeah, apparently his ex-treasurer who worked at the company shot him in the shoulder. He got arrested along with Sasha.'' ''Oh my gosh. Which hospital they are taking Jason?''
