Joshua looked pissed off. “Remember that Jason is the son of one of your closest friends. Spencer.” I reminded him of his loyalty to the Davies. I was scared because, just like him, Jason was also a billionaire and everything, but we weren't in New York; this city belonged to this billionaire, and he could easily get rid of my best friend if he wanted.

Jackson answered. “Well, My name is Todd and all your drinks are on me tonight, we are getting ready to close down anyway, I won’t have a job come Wednesday.” Todd stated. “Would you like one?” Jackson asked. “I’m sorry, you never told me your name.” Todd stated. “Jackson Myers.” Jackson returned. “Of the Myers High Club?” Todd asked, raising an eyebrow. “The one and only.” Jackson answered with a small smile. He handed Todd his business card. “Job is there if you want it.” He downed his beer and left.

"No, no. I don't know anything. I did talk to Rory at school today but that was all. And since she started dating you, we have not been so close. She doesn’t come here often." There was something in the way he said it. Something bitter. But Todd couldn't tell if he was imagining it. "Can we come in and look around?" Todd asked. Jason hesitated. Just for a second. But Todd caught it. "Look, man, I get that you're worried." Jason said, scratching the back of his neck. "But I told you, she's not here. It's just me tonight. I’m having a quiet time to honor my mum’s soul."

Zoe Holy shit is the man different to the boy. The Greyson Elliot I remember was scrawny and shy. He didn't speak, he muttered. Jason Pov "What the hell is wrong with you man, you look like a mess!" my friend Andrew asked the moment I walked into his office, Andrew was Jason's only friend since college and he was a successful doctor who had just badged his master's degree and was doing well for himself, he was also Jason's family doctor and the whole Foster family were fond of him, he was away for his degree during Jason's wedding, he had advised Jason to take it easy with Maya but he paid no attention.

"You look amazing. Just enjoy the night." I tried to return his smile. "I'll try." Before I could say anything more, Jason came barreling toward us with Lily in tow. His shirt was shiny silver and he wore tinted blue glasses like he was some kind of Y2K pop star. "There's my favorite pumpkin!" Jason grinned while pulling me into a side hug. "You look like a Bratz doll, pumpkin. In the best way." I laughed while shaking my head. "Jason, you're literally glowing. That shirt is blinding."

Asher: Is everything alright? Jason: Asher Sashaaa, I've missed youuuu. Asher: I told you to stop calling me that. Andy: Asher Sasha?(laughing emojis followed after) Andy: That's hilarious. Isaac: Honestly... Jason: I knowww Andy Sandy, I'm just funny like that. Jason: And no, Zeke Dicky, I'm not drunk. Jason: Can't a man have some fun without liquid courage?
