Jason Wilson Books Novels & Stories

Back to the present, after staring over my reflection in the mirror one last time, I grabbed the food pack I'd prepared this morning–chicken casserole, his favorite. Today would be different. I was sure of it. The drive to Blackwood Empire took fifteen minutes. I hummed a reggae tune under my breath while tapping at the steering with excitement. When I got to his office on the ninth floor, his secretary looked up, startled. "Ms. Lila, I don't think he's—" I walked past her and pushed his office door open. Jason sat at his desk, a glass in his hand. Eyes red, hair messy, heavy bags under his eyes. What the heck?

I growled, unable to control the rising tension inside me. Jason looked puzzled at both of us before shaking his head. “No, I came here because I found something.” He waved something in front of me, and it was only then that I realized that he was holding a book. Not a book. More like a leather-bound journal. “Is it about the curse?” Micah asked, turning towards him. Jason nodded his head. “Yes”. “Are you going to speak, or am I going to have to force the words out of your lips?” I asked after minutes of silence.

"What? I'm on my way!" Edward's voice was tight with urgency. While Jason was on the phone, Wilson seized the opportunity and suddenly made a run for it, but Jason tripped him, and he fell face-first onto the floor. "You little punk. Don't you dare run!" Wilson hit the floor hard. He covered his face and started begging again, "Jason, please let me go. I've got a family of four to feed. If you turn me in, how are they supposed to survive?" Jason didn't soften at all. "Let you go? After what you did to Edward's wife? You think you can hurt someone like this and just run off? Look at what you did to her. You haven't even apologized once!"

the old man thought. Ignoring the old man's sigh, Jason stepped into the Book Collection Pavilion of the Washington Family, which had collected all kinds of books for a thousand years. It could be regarded as a dazzling scene. Jason read through all the medical books and records and the martial arts and cultivation methods were no exception. It had been two days since Jason came out. The old guy of the Washington Family had been guarding outside. Perhaps only Jason could have this honor. After Jason left, all the members of the Washington Family breathed a sigh of relief. Now it seemed that this man was trustworthy. As long as he didn't make trouble for him, he seemed to really target someo

He concluded he was going to them with his gun in his hand, ready to spill the truth. Jason walked down texting Alyssa with a smile as he prepared himself for the feast Wilson and his maid prepared. “No Alyssa?” Wilson asked, cutting the turkey. “No she is spending time with her family and I will visit her later. I have to give her a gift.” Jason flapped an envelope in his face. “What is that?” Wilson asked. “I took Ross’s advice and decided to lay low with a little vacation. I got us plane tickets to Jamaica.”

Frank turns to his desk and sets to work on the cell phone Jason gave him. I’ve never been much of the reading type, and I’d rather not risk setting off any explosives anyway, so I opt to hit the wet bar instead and pour myself a scotch, no rocks. Jason decides to risk an explosion and picks a Sidney Sheldon spy novel, The Doomsday Conspiracy, off one of the shelves. I curl up on one end of the impressive couch with my scotch, and Jason takes the other end with his book. I shortly find myself drowsing off, courtesy of the scotch and my somewhat restless night of sleep.

I heard Jason's voice as I walked inside, with my hands behind my back. I spotted him on my seat, with his hands on the edges of the seats. “What are you doing here”. I questioned with my deathly voice. Right now, I could kill someone without having any sympathy. “Calm down Mr alpha”. Jason responded as he stood up from the seat instantly. “I came here to check if you've found the book.” I returned him a deadly glance as I drew closer to where he stood. “You know you don't have to be this eager to have what was never yours from the start,” I uttered and a smile crept at the corner of my lips as I spotted him squeezing his fist tightly.

Because I was tired of pretending it didn’t hurt. --- The library was empty. Candles flickered on the long table in the center. Books were stacked in neat rows. It smelled like old paper and cedarwood polish. Safe. Jason set the backpack down and flopped onto one of the couches. I sat beside him, folding my legs underneath me. He didn’t push. Didn’t ask questions. Just sat there. Let me breathe. Let me be. After a while, I whispered, “He told me to stay away from Lucien.”

Seeing that, Caspian frowned, then he coldly asked, “What's funny, Wraith?” The Wraith lowered the picture, his sunglasses reflecting the city lights. "Funny?" His voice was a low rasp, devoid of amusement. "You call this 'a nobody with muscles,' Caspian? This isn't just some strongman. This is ex-military. Special units kind." He paused, his gaze, even under the sunglasses holding a dangerous glint, "This is Jason Wolfe. He's anything but insignificant." After hearing that Jason was ex military, a visible shiver ran down Caspian's spine. Elvis, standing beside him, went pale, feeling utter terror. Seemed like Jason had a reputation far beyond anything they'd imagined. They had truly miscalc

“It’s not allowed. I am your husband. But seriously now, we have to figure out what’s this guys issue. Also, what’s with the birds. They clearly seemed to be focused on me.” “Jack,” “Jazz,” Jason stood looking at the tattered book he had found behind fire place. “What did you find?” Jack moved closer and took the book. It was full of drawings of the birds and some writing that was smeared being wet at some point. He studied the drawings intently. He then looked at the front of the book. He can barely make out five names. If he should judge, they all seemed to be related. “What do you think Jack?” Jason had already looked at that drawings. It reminded him of a comic book. “I think everyone is
