I wasn't looking ok at all! Because Jayden looked so much better. He wasn't much different from highschool. There was still this bag boy streak to him, a deadly swagger around him. Jayden was handsome no doubt, with blonde hair that fell past his shoulders, bright blue eyes and a sharp jaw. He had tattoos that ran down both his arms that were exposed because of the sleeveless basketball jersey he wore. He finished it off with a pair of black shorts and white sneakers. I should have dressed better. I thought before taking a step closer to him.

She shook her head, smiling as she disconnected. Later, she was scrolling through social media when she came across a familiar face. She paused. “Isn’t this Scarlett?” she muttered, squinting slightly. Curious, she clicked on the page. Scrolling through pictures—outfits, locations, and different aesthetics—one image stopped her completely. Her breath caught. Jayden. He was wearing a sleeveless basketball jersey, the fit showing off his toned arms and easy strength. His face had sharpened with time—clean lines, smooth skin, and that same smirk sitting on his lips like he knew exactly the effect he had.

Jayden sighed, "Forget it. Can you accompany me for a chat?" Thinking that it was still early, and she didn't want to go to Colin's place too soon, Eranthe agreed, "Sure, let's go." There was a bar at the campsite, and there were still many people outside engaged in various activities. Most of them were from the influencer companies. Jayden went to the mobile bar and ordered two drinks. Surprisingly, the bartender was the same tanned man from earlier. "Hey, beauty, we meet again," the man said, staring at her strangely.

I gazed upon his handsome face, his piercing eyes scanned the bar counter as he looked for a place to sit. He approached the empty spot and the bartender looked up at him. They had a quick exchange of words that ended up with Jayden showing his key card and the reservation tag being removed. A waitress sat him down and I saw the bartender showcasing the three bottles I had reserved earlier. It was still too early in the evening for me to make a move so I sat back and ordered a large bottle of sparkling water and some food. Unlike Jayden, I wasn’t planning on getting drunk. I then focused on the bar in general looking around.

Dressed in a white shirt and black suit pants, he had earphones in, listening to reports from his subordinates back in Eldoria. Wearing a pair of rimless anti-blue light glasses, he lowered his gaze to look at Nancy. Nancy looked up at him and smiled. "Jayson, are you done with your work?"

He liked the way her rear end looked in the green dress that she was wearing; it seemed to be calling out to him. “Two beers, each served in a glass.” According to the bartender, after returning with the glasses, he placed them on the counter before going away once more, leaving Jasper to deal with the drinks by himself. A sneering grin spread across Jasper’s face as he went into the pocket of his jacket and pulled out a little vial containing an odorless liquid. He quickly blinked his eyes around to see if anyone was watching before inverting the vial so that the liquid would pour into the glass that was in front of him. Once he was satisfied that no one was looking, he continued.

His eyes widened when he saw me, then he retreated. "Don't scare away the bartender." Lydia whined, her blue eyes similar to mine looked hazy under the dim lights of the room as she glared at me, "I want another!" "How about you take a break", I said, taking the bottle of water the bartender had put in front of me. At least he had some sense. Lydia gulped down the water I uncapped for her, "This isn't what I want..." "When are you finishing up?" I asked, pushing some black strands of hair out of her sweaty face as Jayden joined us. Looking worried about Lydia.

Xavier's voice held no emotion and there was silence for a moment before Mateo spoke finally. "Bring her to the engagement party I've prepared for you." The exclusive door slides open and the exquisite soles of Xavier's French made shoes echoed in the glassy floor as he walked into his office to see Jayden sitting on a sofa with a pack of cookies in his hand. Jayden held his phone on another hand, and he's on a designer shirt, and denim jacket. His auburn hair is combed to the back, and he had an earring pierced on his ear. He really is a hot model.

Ruby blinked in astonishment that her hands were empty—a handful of your hair.

“Mr. Beanet? Haven’t seen him today, miss. He usually comes late, around evening.” Elena’s grip tightened around the strap of her bag. “Are you sure?” The man nodded. “He hasn’t been in since yesterday.” “Miss Elena,” he said carefully. “You don’t look wellshould I call someone?” “Open the door,” she snapped. “Now.” He hesitated, then obeyed. “Elena?” The voice came from the hallway. Jayden appeared at the top of the stairs, wearing a crisp white shirt, unbuttoned halfway, and holding a glass of whiskey like it was part of him. His hair was tousled, his smirk practiced.
