Julia remained silent, her expression that of annoyance. She averted her gaze, unsure of how to respond to Kelvin's teasing gesture. Her mind raced with conflicting emotions, wondering if her feelings were justified or if she was simply overreacting.
Julia's eyes narrowed as she shook her head defiantly. "I'm not jealous," she retorted, her voice tinged with defiance. "Why would I be?"
Kelvin's playful smile widened, and he took a step closer, his eyes locked with hers. "Oh, Julia, don't deny it," he replied, his voice filled with a hint of triumph. "I'm happy you're jealous. It means you have feelings for me too."
