Above each bear, he had written names with arrows pointing to their respective figures: Edhaa, Kavish, Mumma, and Daddy. Kabir's heart swelled with warmth as he took in the artwork. "Wow! Breaking all the crockery kind of helped, huh?" he chuckled, a smile spreading across his face.

Owen used all his strength to suppress the wildfire in his body, straightened his waist, and stood upright. His eyes were moist, and his breathing became heavy. Although Molly was of age, she was born small and thin. Curled up on the table, she looked pitiful. She buried half of her face between her knees and reached out to the man, “Give it back to me” "I saved your teddy bear last night. As a thank you gift, can’t you even give me a drawing?” Owen's arm rested on the edge of the table, and he leaned slightly towards her, "I really like this drawing, will you give it to me?”

As he's nearing it, he quickly looks at me before turning back to the window, and I lie on my belly, wrapping both of my arms around his neck, knowing he's about to jump, and close my eyes, scared. I feel a sinking sensation in my stomach as he leaps through the window, and it deepens as he goes down. I opened my eyes when he landed on his feet and sat up, now holding onto a thick strand of his fur as he began to run with me through the woods. The rhythm of his body below me grows powerful, and my hips move faster, forward and backward, becoming one with his movement. I felt the cool wind on my face, blowing through my hair, and the scent of trees.

Knowing Elijah, he was probably somewhere buying time, waiting to strike again when we least expected. “Daddy, look!” Jackson’s voice broke through my thoughts. He held up a crooked drawing of what looked like a wolf—or maybe a dog. His little hands were smudged with crayon, his face beaming with pride. I forced a smile, ruffling his hair. “That’s amazing, buddy. Is that me?”

Even Timothy couldn't go himself and had to send someone he trusted. Chelsey was extremely anxious. She instantly felt like the room in the five-star hotel was a prison. Every minute that ticked by was torturing. Timothy sent someone to buy a sketchbook and a set of pencils to calm Chelsey. She started drawing the second she received them. Timothy sat beside her and watched as she drew. Although she only sketched an outline, he knew what she wanted to draw. Before long, Chelsey finished drawing Lucas and Cole. In the drawing, Cole lay on a bed, happily looking at Lucas while Lucas leaned over to look at him. The father's love for his son was vividly portrayed on the paper.

I replied as I reached down to stroke Little Hayden’s head. Hayden rolled his eyes at me but refused to comment anymore. I started working on sketching Hayden focusing only on his face down to his chest area. To practice both versions, I outline two sketches. Personally, I found the realistic version easier than the other one. I mean, how am I supposed to make Hayden look better than he already does?

Jessica's POV I can't believe it. He asked me out! No one asked me out before, so I'm kind of nervous, not gonna lie. But now I'm on my way with Ivan to go to his room so he can show me what he drew. Once we reached his room. He opened the door and ran inside towards a small table that looked like a table for him to draw on. He dragged me to the table and then shoved the paper in my hand. There were two stick figures, one small and the other big. Both were holding hands and smiling.

I know, it's not always easy for a new student who just moved from another country. He is drawing something. "Hey, Edwin." I take a seat beside him. "You wanna see my drawing?"
