Alpha Jax
The air smelled of fresh roses, vanilla, and a lingering trace of my perfume.
This was it. The moment I had imagined, feared, and longed for all at once.
My hands trembled slightly as I stared at my reflection in the mirror. The makeup artist had done a flawless job—my eyes shone with a subtle smoky hue, my lips a soft, natural pink, my hair back to its long, natural blonde self. What can I say? I'm healing. I'll always miss my badass red hair, but it was nice to see me in the mirror again. Still, I barely recognized myself. Would I still feel like Scarlett De Luca after today? Or would I only be known as the Alpha’s Luna?
