หลิวลี่เซียงเริ่มฝันร้ายอยู่บ่อยครั้งจนเธอตกใจสะดุ้งตื่นกลางดึก บางครั้งถึงกับนอนน้ำตาไหลจนเพื่อนต้องรีบปลุก หลังจากตื่นขึ้นมาแล้วเธอยังคงจำความรู้สึกต่าง ๆ ได้ดี หากเรื่องราวเหล่านั้นเป็นแค่ความฝันที่ผ่านมาแล้วก็ผ่านไปคงจะดี แต่ทว่าเธอกลับต้องเข้าไปมีชีวิตอยู่ในฝันเหล่านั้นอีกครั้ง ไม่เป็นคนอาภัพรัก ก็เป็นคนที่ถูกใส่ความ ร้ายแรงที่สุดก็ต้องตายอย่างทรมาน หากรู้ชะตาของตนย่อมจะต้องพยายามหลีกเลี่ยง เธอจึงทำทุกวิถีทางให้ตัวเองรอดจากความตาย ปล. โลกความฝันในเรื่องนี้เป็นจีนโบราณและเทพเซียนแล้วแต่ตอน ส่วนโลกความจริงเป็นยุคปัจจุบันนะคะ ปล.2 ความฝันมีทั้งหมด 5 เรื่อง แบ่งเป็น 7 บท

เพลิงนักศึกษาแพทย์ ชั้นปีที่ 5 อายุ 23 ปี (อดีต) ลูกชายเพียงคนเดียวของคุณนายพิมพ์ภิรมณ์ เจ้าของธุรกิจนำเข้าเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์ และมีพ่อเป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนชื่อดัง เขาให้เธอเป็นเพียงคู่นอน ติดอยู่ในความสัมพันธ์นั้นมาตลอดสองปี เขามีคนที่ตั้งใจจะใช้ชีวิตด้วยอยู่แล้ว เธอจึงเป็นได้แค่นั้น ต่อให้เป็นแค่คู่นอน ก็ต้องเชื่อฟัง ถ้ายังอยากได้เงินจากเขา หมวยเล็ก นักศึกษาคณะบริหาร ชั้นปีที่ 4 อายุ 22 ปี(อดีต) เขาเห็นเธอเป็นเพียงคู่นอน เธอก็เห็นเขาเป็นแค่ตัวเงินตัวทอง ที่จะทำให้ชีวิตตั้งตัวได้ หลังจากนั้นก็จะหายไป ไม่ให้เขาตามหาเจอ เมื่อเขามา เธอก็ไป แค่นั้น จบ!

'เกวลิน' หญิงสาววัย22ปี สาวหน้าหวานผิวขาวสมกับชื่อเล่น 'กะทิ' เพิ่งเรียนจบและยังไม่มีงานทำจึงช่วยงานพี่ชาย ‘ตะโก้’หรือ การันต์ ที่ดูแลกิจการร้านอาหารต่อจากแม่ที่เสียชีวิตไปห้าปีแล้ว ส่วนพ่อนั้นทอดทิ้งทั้งสามคนไปตั้งแต่การันต์อายุได้เพียง 10 ขวบ ‘หมออิฐ’ หรือ ‘นายแพทย์อิทธิพล’ หมอหนุ่มวัย 34 ปี หน้าตาก็ไม่ได้แย่ ฐานะการเงินและการงานก็ดีเลิศ แต่กลับอกหักซ้ำซากจจน่าสงสาร (กระซิกๆ) เกวลินเคยพบหมออิฐตั้งแต่เธออยู่ ม.5 ในตอนนั้นหมออิฐมาที่โรงเรียนในฐานะศิษย์เก่า เขามาพูดแนะแนวเรื่องการสอบเข้าคณะแพทย์ เกวลินชอบเขามาตั้งแต่ตอนนั้น แต่ก็รู้ดีว่าตัวเองไม่มีความสามารถที่จะสอบคณะแพทย์ เธอเรียนคณะบริหาร ช่วยงานที่บ้านซึ่งเป็นร้านอาหาร ซึ่งอยู่ใกล้โรงพยาบาลที่หมออิฐทำงานอยู่ เขาไม่รู้จักเธอ แต่เธอรู้จักเขาและมีความสุขดีกับการแอบรักข้างเดียว หญิงสาวขับมอเตอร์ไซค์ส่งอาหารให้หมอ-พยาบาลที่โทรสั่งเป็นประจำ และแล้วกามเทพก็ทำงานให้เธอต้องมาใกล้ชิดกับคนที่แอบรักเข้าจนได้!
