Jorge didn't touch the water. His gaze locked onto Jessie like a predator sizing up its prey. Jessie met his stare head-on with a cold gaze. Jorge pulled out a sleek, ornate box from his pocket. He slid out a cigar, stuck it between his lips, and said, "I'm your business partner. Whatever happened this morning, time to let it go, right?
