Forced To Marry The Crippled Billionaire

Forced To Marry The Crippled Billionaire

"I don't have anything to offer you because I was not expecting you to show up at my doorstep.' Julie shook her head and raised a little bag she had been holding, but because of Selene's anger, she had not seen it. "I brought a bag of Cheetos with me. You are safe with me. You don't need to worry you're pretty head about a thing." She said with a small smile. Celine was pretty much disturbed by everything that must happen all at once. Firstly, from the woman who wanted her to be her children's godmother to her friend showing up here.

Alien Invasion

Alien Invasion

So calm and gentle that one would think he was nobody dangerous and had nothing to hide. Rising from her seat, Julie approached that shelve and gave a hard stare at the book. And the longer she stared at it, she did not know why but it seem to be becoming more and more mysterious, nearly enticing, in her eyes. It was really strange as it was just a book and there was no way it would be about him… right? Was this because she was just thinking too much? That must be the case, she thought, sighing. Still, she reached out to retrieve the book when all of a sudden, she heard the soft sound of the doors closing and muted falls of footsteps coming towards her.

Luna's Unwanted Mate

Luna's Unwanted Mate

"Just wait. One head cold, and Killian will turn into the biggest whiner you've ever met. I swear, it's an inverse proportion! Toughness to whining? Negative correlation all the way." “Gee, I can hardly wait.” We burst into laughter, the tension of the afternoon dissolving. Then, hand in hand, we set off on a run through the sun-dappled woods. By the time we returned, Chester was blissfully napping, and Killian was gone, already inspecting the oil spill site. Alone in the sitting room, I perused the stack of books Julie had lent me. Choosing a thick volume of romantic suspense set in a bygone era, I curled up on the sofa, ready to lose myself in a world far removed from pack politics and oil

Forced to Marry My Late Mother's Husband

Forced to Marry My Late Mother's Husband

The private record of her kitchen was about to become global history. Julian walked into the sitting room. He wore a dark sweater, the sleeves pushed up. The press machinery of the last two days had finally quieted. Tomorrow, they were flying home to Cedar Falls. He saw her face. He walked over and sat down beside her on the sofa. "The editor called," Aurora said. "The pre-orders," Julian said. It was not a question. "Yes," she said. "They are repositioning the book. It isn't just a memoir anymore. It's a major literary event."

The Billionaire's Marriage Investement

The Billionaire's Marriage Investement

“It can be boring. I’ll take boring.” “Then here’s a fact.” Julie turned fully to face him with the expression of someone about to deliver a verdict. “I am a woman who finished writing a six-hundred page novel in four months while also holding a part-time job and helping my best friend navigate a fake—” She stopped. Cleared her throat. “A very complicated personal situation. I do not have the patience or the interest for whatever this is.” She gestured between herself and him. “So. Move.” Julius looked at her for a moment.

Chasing His Divorced Wife

Chasing His Divorced Wife

Progress there too. The Henry Chen catalogue had its official publication date in March. Patricia Yuen organized a small launch in Vancouver that Elara attended without me, two days, in and out, which had become the rhythm of her gallery work and which I no longer found strange. She came back with a photograph of Robert Chen holding the published book, his wife beside him, both of them looking at something off camera. She put it on the shelf in the studio next to the Harrow Point photograph and the Croatian ceramic.

She planned to travel through the Pacific Northwest, staying in intentional communities and learning from other women-centered spaces. “I need to stretch again,” she told Emma as they packed her things into the car. “So I can return more whole.” Emma hugged her tightly. “You always come back brighter.” “And you always hold it down.” Jules handed Emma a sealed envelope before she left. “Don’t open this until next month. Promise?” Emma nodded, tucking it away. “Promise.” As the month unfolded, more letters and emails came from readers. Some praised the book. Others shared their own stories of betrayal, of renewal, of rediscovery.

'Don't those few people know about it? "You… you guys!" Julia was utterly exasperated. As the second young lady of the Jin family, she had never felt this exasperated before ever since the day she was born.

I genuinely love this book, only problems I have with it is the fact that he never actually travels with the people he gets to join him (hattie Mia etc) I wish there were more interaction between them all. second is that there are only 2 or so chapters a day....I have plenty of coins to waste...

I believe no updates is due to the platform not the authors themselves. Many of the books I’m reading are not updated as well. It is possible the authors are not able to upload their chapters on the platform

Ice In His Veins

Ice In His Veins

You got hurt, you healed, you got back on the ice. But this time felt different. Dr. Chen walked in with a clipboard and a face that told Julian everything he needed to know before she said a word. He had learned to read doctors over the years. The ones who smiled were the ones with good news. The ones who looked serious were the ones who were about to change your life. "How bad is it?" Julian asked. Dr. Chen sat down on the stool across from him. She set the clipboard on the counter and folded her hands in her lap.
