I say dryly to Alpha Matteo. “That’s ridiculous Liam and you know it. 30 percent profit for a little bit of land. A thousand wasn't necessary but something tells me it isn't his first time throwing money around to get things done more quickly than normally possible , or to make some mess like he's doing right now .
