Novel & Cerita Just Last Night

I mumbled, trying to process the information. “hmm" he said lazily. Last night and tonight were different. When you went last night, you uh... you sorta kinda got stuck. It was a bit painful, but tonight you didn't? I asked, embarrassed. A low laugh escaped his lips. "Last night I lost control of myself and knotted you multiple times," he said like that was not a big deal even though he looked a bit embarrassed.

The candle that was shaped like a 2 on the cake felt like a joke. At the end of his call, as if Jason Smith felt guilty, he added, "I've neglected you lately, so once I'm done with this busy period, shall I take you to see the aurora?" I hung up, and our home went completely silent. Even the air seemed to be mocking my marriage. What a failure all of this was. It was at this time that Jason's assistant sent me a message on WhatsApp, asking in that familiar way what I wanted reimbursed this time and telling me to just name it.

Crap I had too much to drink last night and the last part of it is a little fuzzy on the details. I try to recall everything that happened at that last club we went out to. I couldn't make out the guy's face who was next to me without waking him up. I just needed to get out of here before he woke up, fuck. I have to do the walk of shame, thank goodness I'm not going to be living here after Sunday.

I quickly opened the text and I was so confused as I read it. LIV: Look, I'm sorry about last night. Have a nice day.

This has turned out to be one of the best nights of my life. “I love you Haley.” Those are the last words I hear as sleep takes over.

YOO-MI's POV 'I'm sorry about last night." I ignored Josh as I continued to pour over spreadsheets and reports and numbers, my eyes still focused on my laptop. Honey was now in the living room, watching her favorite Peppa Pig show. 'Yoo-Mi," he tried again. 'I shouldn't have drink last night. I shouldn't have brought anyone here. I don't know why I did that." I stopped my fingers from typing on the keyboard and rubbed a hand over my face, exhausted from lack of sleep.

"Are you sure? You sounded really stressed out last night." I hadn't been able to talk last night because I had to deal with the consequences of my mistake. "Yeah, last night was a bit difficult." Last night was a nightmare. It was a huge mistake that could have cost me dearly. And because of it, Andrei and Mikhail were really upset with me- they still are. But a tiny part of me was glad that it happened. "But-"

Last night was a sleepless night for me. Gin called me using the endearment that Dion used to call me, hence, I had a hard time sleeping thinking it might be him. With the way he called me last night and what I felt after that, it was all Dion-like.

I sighed and turned to the side table to find my phone so that I could check on the time when I found a note. "Last night was amazing. But don't drink that much again. D.S." Oh no.
