3. (JENNY'S POV) My body ached in ways I had never imagined possible. Every muscle screamed in protest as consciousness slowly dragged me back from the heavy, dreamless sleep. The silk sheets beneath me felt too soft, too luxurious for the prison they truly were. Luca’s heavy arm was still draped possessively over my waist, his warm, muscular chest pressed against my back. His breathing was deep and steady, but I knew better than to think the Don ever truly slept without one eye open.

"Don't play with me Zheme, today, after dinner you promised to sleep in the dungeon if I sat in your lap." "Did I?" He plopped back down on the bed, laying down on his side. "I'm so sleepy that I can't even recall." Lexie's eyes now narrowed down to slits as she pushed at his chest, trying but failing to push him off. "Get off, you fool, you promised, you said you would, so get off!" Zheme smirked, grabbing her frail hands and using them as advantage to pull her into his chest. "You're stupid if you believed I, the great Zheme Mardruk Algae would sleep in that dungeon."

Jonathan can see a 5-year-old Lia who often slept at his place while playing. "We could have been friends Lia; we were so close to eachother. I never lessen my affection for you even after what your father did to me Lia. I always thought of you as my little sister, as my best friend. Why would you do that Lia? Why would you betray me...." Jonathan crouched down at her level. As he bent down, he saw Lia's lips were moving. She was lying on her stomach, her dress changed but dirty. The dirt of the ground was printed on her dress. Jonathan bent farther to listen what she was saying. Lia had a childhood habit of talking while sleeping.

I feel the first tears slip from my eyes at the thought of this all disappearing and I am left alone in the darkness . Then I heard her ‘ Fal , it's not a dream the goddess has sent us back ‘ she says ‘ Mist , is that you ?’ I hear a soft chuckle ‘ Yes , it is me Fallon . I am still very weak . I must rest , look after our mates ‘ with that she is gone and retreat to the back of my mind to rest . I close my eyes, letting the sparks from the mate bond soothe me as Lex kisses my forehead . Jackson didn’t make him go to school so he spent the morning playing video games with his soulmates but eventually grew tired and fell asleep. After losing for the seventh battle in a row, Jedi grew frustrated and put his controller down. "Liam I’m bored," he whined, "let’s do something else." Liam sat his controller down on the floor before wrapping his arms around the boy on his chest. "Like what?" he asked. "There isn’t much to do while Luca is sleeping and I don’t know about you but he looks too cute to wake up." Just as he said that his stomach growled loudly causing Luca to stir but not wake up.

Cricket “Cricket. Wake up, baby. We’re here.” I forced myself away from the comfort of dreamland and sat up. Apparently, I’d fallen asleep on Jase, and he grinned as I reached my hands above my head and stretched. He waved a finger toward my mouth. “You got a little drool right there.” “I don’t drool,” I snapped, even as I wiped at my face. He chuckled, leaning over to kiss me gently. “Don’t worry you’re still cute as a fuckin’ button.”

Maybe I wasn’t as alone in this fight as I thought. As I lay there, staring at the ceiling, the exhaustion started to creep in. My body ached from the training, but my mind was racing, replaying the day’s events. Lucian’s words echoed in my head, and for a moment, I allowed myself to relax, to believe that maybe I could pull this off. Maybe, with Lucian’s help, I could get my revenge. Before I knew it, I drifted off to sleep, sinking into a dream. But this wasn’t a normal dream. It felt real, too real.

“No, they really wouldn’t.” “No, they wouldn’t,” Tracy agreed. “You’re a real hero.” I rolled my eyes. “Yeah, I’m a regular Superman,” I joked. DJ grinned next to me. “You can’t be Superman,” he protested. He looked back at Tracy and smiled. “My daddy’s a hero like Batman, because he can’t fly either.” I burst out laughing then immediately winced when it hurt my ribs. I grinned down at DJ, who was giggling to himself at his joke. “That was classic. Good job,” I congratulated, holding out my hand for a high five. He grinned and slapped his hand on mine.

After what she went though , who could enjoy being pain? Lia must of have fallen asleep because when she had awaken , Ace was still there , snoring softly. She smiled as she looked to her clock and it read it was ten am . "Crap!" She hisses as she tries to get out of his hold but he was a heavy sleeper. "Ace wake up." She whispers and he groans as his hold tightens. "It's early.. shhh." He croaks out as he lets her go and shifts on his side. Lia giggles as she loved this. Technically this was her first sleepover so this really excited her!
