"I know you're the kindest. Vanessa was just stupid. She had a perfectly good husband at home, but she was bewitched by a wild man. But the child and the old man are innocent, aren't they?"
I said nothing. I simply stood up and opened the door.
"Leave. I want to take a nap."
"How can you still sleep?"
Aunt Marsha's face turned green. She had wasted the whole morning talking, only to get this result.
I had had enough of their noise.
"You're so kind. If you think they're pitiful, take them into your own homes. Stop bothering me. Next time, I won't open the door."
With that, I grabbed them and pushed them out.
