Alma between two worlds

Alma between two worlds

A powerful howl pierced the silence, the signal from the chief hunter: the attack was launched. But Alma didn't move. Instead of preparing to pounce, she snorted, a light, amused breath, incongruous in this context of stalking and blood. Kaelen, the hunter overseeing their training, didn't miss a beat. He called the pack to him. He stood up slowly, breaking from his perfect stillness to approach her with fluid steps. His dark brown fur rippled beneath his powerful muscles, and his eyes, a piercing amber, bore into her with an intensity that left no room for doubt.

The Mafia King’s Fake Widow

The Mafia King’s Fake Widow

“Should I prepare the extraction route, just in case?” Kael shook his head once more. “Patience. This is training, not rescue. Let her show she can endure. Let her prove she can make decisions under pressure. If she falters… we learn, and adjust. If she succeeds… we gain a partner who can walk through hell without flinching.” Malik nodded, lips tight. “I’ll stay ready, boss. Always.” Kael exhaled slowly, his hand still on the panel. “Good.” ***

Complicated love part 2

Complicated love part 2

And that was the first thing the trainer addressed, much to Keyla's chagrin, because she actually wanted to clarify that with him personally *Keyla, how about you, your contract expires after the championship and so far you haven't renewed it* the trainer looked at Keyla, Keyla looked at Genzo and he at her *I won't extend* as she said this, she was still looking at Genzo A murmur went through the ranks, because no one had expected that *are you sure?* the coach preferred to ask again *Yes, I'm sure I won't extend it either here or at Grünwald* only after this sentence did Keyla look from Genzo to the coach. Shock was written all over Genzo's face, he couldn't hide it *if you are still inter

Marked Against My Will

Marked Against My Will

“Think of the indication. Don’t push. Just reach.” I try. It’s subtle—less like shouting, more like touching a thread. His breath stutters. “There,” he says softly. “That.” Something warm curls in my chest. Kalen’s voice cuts through the moment. “Looks like I interrupted.” I pull back instantly. Kalen stands at the edge of the clearing, arms crossed, eyes sharp with interest. “Training starts tomorrow,” he says. “I hope you’re ready.” He turns and walks away before either of us can respond.

Legend Of The Third Spirit

Legend Of The Third Spirit

King Astius applauded again. "Indeed, your majesty. He has shown great improvement within just a week of training," the teacher seconded. "Thank you, your majesty. Thank you, teacher. I am devoted to learn everything I needed to learn as I walked closer to the day when I have to put the fate of the world in my hands." Kalen thanked them. King Astius gave the teacher a meaningful look. Kalen knew that something was going to happen as the teacher had moved away from where they were as well as the four men.

Spellbound by Obsession

Spellbound by Obsession

Evelyn replied, her voice neutral. “If you ever want to learn to ride, I give private lessons.” He winked. “I guarantee it would be an… unforgettable experience.” I took a step forward. “She already has someone to teach her.” I replied, my voice a contained growl. “And you already have enough students. Don’t you, Trainer?” My eyes flashed. Just a spark. Just enough. The trainer stepped back two paces, stammered something about “other commitments” and disappeared. “Were you going to kill him?” Evelyn looked at me, arms crossed.

The Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team Series

The Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team Series

It's one I don't want and I refuse to give back to her. As I take my place at the front, I give a little wave to the members of the LSERT present today. "Hey, I'm Tucker Williams, and I'm the K-9 trainer for the greater northern Alabama area, as well as being a K-9 officer." I clear my throat, letting my gaze fall onto Karsyn.

Taro and Genzo followed her *Keyla, how can you play so well* the trainer wanted to know now *I had someone teach me* Keyla continued to grin *may I also ask from whom? * the trainer really wanted to know now * from my best friend Karl Heinz Schneider * Keyla looked at a horrified face. The coach had expected everything, but not the answer.

DEIMOS: The Alpha's Unchosen Mate

DEIMOS: The Alpha's Unchosen Mate

Deimos utters whilst stretching his limbs and hopping on the pads of his feet warming up his flesh. "How I play?" "All you need to do is follow my movements, Kal. Just imitate me. If you do so adequately I shall reward you with a treat, if you do not do it thoroughly no gelato tonight." Deimos mutters initiating the training with a hint of a delicious promise whilst bending low and getting into a war stance. "I can do it, papa." Kal's eyes gleam with determination, the promise of a treat fueling his vigour.

I love the book but for some reason there was this last update that jumbled all the chapters and now I can't really keep reading because my next chapter is now one that I already read. I would very much like to have the book as it was before, without all the chapters being split into parts.

I'm not done with the book because I cannot ignore my family and work but every time I end with a chapter that breaks Lumina, my heart breaks too. And I carry the heartbreak until I can read again... You affect me so much and I love it! Worth every coin spent and I have few chapters left... ...
