Gamma Kiron had just returned from morning patrol with his men, after passing through the front gates, he’d seen them off to their posts and stopped by the dungeon shortly before intending to retire to his quarters, but something stopped him from leaving when he got to the dungeon gates. It was a loud feminine voice in distress, he recognizes that voice anywhere, maybe its because he hears it often from the outside of master’s bedroom, but the voice sounded just too familiar to ignore.

Then Kael appeared from the side, running toward us. “What the hell is going on?” His voice was panicked, sharp. He grabbed Thena by the shoulders, pulling her back just as two officers rushed in.
