I had forgotten about the interview. I check for my daughter but saw that she wasn't there. Susan must have come in to take her. I ran to the bathroom to have a bath. I was out a few minutes later. I picked out a perfect dress for the interview. It was nothing serious. It's a white T-shirt and black trousers with white stripes. I wanted to look corporate. That will boost my chance to be selected. I smiled. I applied some lotion to my body. I did a little amount of makeup and then put on my clothes. Susan will be surprised when she sees me like this. I never made mentioned any interview to her. She was asleep when I got in.

“Are you ready?” Maddox was leaning against the door frame. The Chinese gave me a small boost of energy. Half the gatorade was gone. With my hair pulled back into a low bun, I just put on the tight fitting black dress. It stopped just above my knees with a deep V and long sleeves. Between my necklace, earrings, ring and bracelet, I felt decked out. However, when I turned to the side, I was a little surprised. “Is that a bump?” I asked, flatting the dress that was already flat.

I've been super careful to hide it for the past week. "When he picked you up your hair uncovered it." He chuckled. Darn. Suddenly Katy swings the door open and she's wearing the gold dress, she has a disappointed face on. How can she not like this one! She looks absolutely gorgeous! "Anna-" She sadly mumbles. "I love it!" She surprises Jackson and me. "Thank goddess!" Jackson yells. "Thank you!" Katy and I laugh at how ridiculous Jackson is acting then Katy goes back into the changing room and pulls out a beautiful red silky dress, it has a jewel outline in the top. "I wanted to see you try it on." She bubbles.

The dress made me look like a hook-up girl and not a working-class lady who was going to a job interview. My friend and housemate, Carolyn, had picked the dress for me. It was one of the gifts she had gotten me while she was away on one of her numerous trips with foreign men earlier this season. She had chosen the dress for me to wear to the first interview I would be attending in years. As if on cue with my thoughts, the door to my room pushed open without warning and the hot blonde-haired lady sauntered in clad in fire red mid-thigh dress which she had paired with black pantyhose and ankle-length leather boots.

"Put on your uniform and we'll see if it needs any...adjusting." "Thank you." I wait for her to leave, but she simply stands there, watching me. Having no choice, it seems, I strip off the same dress I was wearing yesterday, sighing when it smells like Daniel's laundry detergent. "So...I'm guessing the interview went well," Faye begins, conversationally. "Did you have to take your dress off for Craig, like the rest of us?" My face heats at the blunt question. "No." Her smile spreads like a Cheshire cat. "Took it off for Daniel, instead, hmm?" She studies her nails. "In the understatement of the year...he must have liked what he saw."

The prospect of spending the day together, exploring the labyrinthine halls of the mall, filled Ariadne's heart with joy. Katniss emerged from her room. I wasn’t sure where to go with the interrogation, her answers weren’t answers at all, but I didn’t want to let her go just yet, I’ve been craving her company for the past week, and I needed to scratch that itch, “Are you heading to your interview?” She was dressed in pants today instead of a skirt, along with a nicely fitted blouse, and wore her hair in a ponytail to expose all of her neck, entirely free of any hickeys. I felt slightly relieved that David didn’t leave a mark on her. “Kay told you I had an interview…” She looked like she couldn’t believe it and then scoffed, like it was some secret that she had trusted Kay with or something, she sighed heavily, “Yes, I’m going to an interview
