Namun, disaat Rianti hamil anaknya dirinya tega berselingkuh dengan wanita yang bernama Alya. Rianti melahirkan sosok bayi laki- laki yang kembar tanpa kehadiran Rustam. Sebulan setelah melahirkan bayi kembar tersebut, barulah mereka berdua terpaksa menikah. Namun, lagi- lagi pernikahan mereka diuji dengan kehadiran sosok Alya yang juga hamil anak Rustam. sehingga mengharuskan Rustam harus menceraikan Rianti.
