My nerves were still on edge. Kane returned after about ten minutes and informed me that it was time to pay a visit to Alpha Keith. I had no idea what to expect from him, but I couldn't say I trusted him in the least. From what I knew, he had a reputation of being a sleazebag and full of shit. My gut feeling was to be cautious around him, and I couldn't help but be sceptical about whatever plans he might have in store for us.

I couldn’t stop myself from asking, “Kramen, Kain; do you know where Keith is?’ “He is probably busy with some pack duties.” Kramen said in a flustered voice as he bent to pick up the parts of my broken phone.
