The vibration traveled up from the blade, into his hands, and settled in my own jaw.
"No," I corrected. "We invite them in."
I tapped the center of the city grid. On the hologram, the skyscrapers leaned against each other, concrete skeletons intersecting.
"The Kill Box," I announced. "Sector 4. The streets are narrow, choked with debris. Their tanks cannot maneuver. Their air support cannot target without risking friendly fire due to the overhangs."
"And the ground?" Barzil asked.
He crossed his arms over his chest. His muscles were locked, a wall of tension. I could hear the heavy, rhythmic thudding of his heart in the quiet room.
