Venus murmured indistinctly as her eyes caught the road sign bearing the Elka Library. Still leisurely, Venus walked toward the white building that now looked dirty. The building was not large, but it would have been much better if there were still people who wanted to take care of it. The library's former ceiling looked broken everywhere because of the time. The roof of the terrace was leaking and underneath was dirty stagnant water. Venus passes through parts of the floor that are not wet carefully. She took a decent-sized piece of wood that lay in front of the library door. The girl reached for the Fire Talent, then channeled that power into the end of the wood making it like a torch.

We all rushed to him. He showed his long chin pendant, which look like two god-like figures reading something and rounding it something written in a weird language. Before we question, Vante pointed to the door, there is the same craving as the pendant. He removed his chain and fixed it on the craving, it get fixed like a missing puzzle. Then with a loud creaking sound, the iron door opened. Again before any query, Vante voiced, "It's my family heirloom, this is the last thing they gave me before they die." Ric patted his back, and we all walked into the weird creepy library where there were many books, I mean uncountable books, the selves high like it gonna touch the sky. I wonder how did t

Melinda's and Kieran's sharp, piercing eyes, scanned the endless rows of books. Zora led them around the library, pointing out the different sections and genres. There were books on philosophy, science, art, and history, each one meticulously cataloged and arranged on the shelves. The titles were written in elegant calligraphy, and the bindings were richly adorned with gold leaf and embossed lettering. Kieran and Melinda were overwhelmed by the sheer size of the collection, and they couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sheer amount of knowledge that was contained within these walls.

She follows closely behind us. “Nellie, do you know which section in the library we can find books on folktales?” I ask. “I’m not that familiar with the library, Princess,” she answers. “You can ask the librarian for help.” “I didn’t know there was a librarian.” Nellie points to a desk to the right where a vampire with short brown hair is sitting. “That’s Willow. She’s the new librarian.” “What happened to the old librarian?” “Unfortunately, Gaius was killed by Opal and Jacob that night they hurt you.”

“I understand you well. No need to explain. You just want to enjoy the environment, that's fine. I might just get into Calla's wing and request for the books she used earlier today to convince everyone.” “Why would you go to her wing for that?” “I am just requesting the books. Maybe a copy so I could stay informed.” “You have no business there. If at all you want to read, take on the Luna's in history, that will give you a summary of what each Luna represented. And that is in the major library also, it has more than one copy so, you should be able to grab that.” “I tried. Immediately after the meeting, I went to the library and the five copies available were taken. They even had to write nam

“Then what are you basing that statement on?” “My terrible luck.” Sera nodded thoughtfully. “That’s actually fair.” Elara closed the ancient book with surprising gentleness. “Whatever is coming…” She rested a hand on the worn leather cover. “…they cannot take this.” Riven immediately stepped beside her. “They won’t.” Kael looked toward the staircase. “I’ll feel much better once we’ve left this place.” Sera looked around at the towering shelves. “I don’t know…” She smiled. “I’ve grown strangely attached to the terrifying underground library.”

She asked, picking up one of the books and dusting the cover. "I do but those aren't mine. They were left by the previous owner," I said, grabbing two bowls from one of the pantries. "What are they about?" "There's some brilliant classics in here," She exclaimed, tracing her fingers over the spines of each book. "Bronte, Austen, Wilde." She named off a few authors. "Oh," She let out, pulling out one of the books at the bottom of the stack and walking over to me. "They've even got some of Freud's philosophies. Here- listen."

THE TIER-ONE CON‌CESSION The grand librar‌y of the Vane estate in Westchester was a room built on centuries of old-world secre‌ts and shadow enforcement. “Vanessa, this is a library and I believe a public library, meant for the inhabitants of this house, and since I’m family, I decided to come and take a look at a few collections I felt would be in here.” “Anastasya Volkov, since when did you turn to a reader? Don’t you have your iPhone to g****e or maybe ask one of the maidens or manservant to get you one from the external library down the boulevard? Don’t you have a personal guard? Or hasn’t Massimo assigned any to you, yet?” She asked, her voice echoing in hate.

It isn’t until Kella directs us into the library, sniffing down the multiple rows of books until, there, on the bottom shelf, we find a book that has very little dust on it. Leana picks it up and opens it, something falling out. I reach down to pick it up when I hear her gasp. I stand and look at her. She turns the book to me and smiles. “V,” she says, showing me the black V colored on the page of the book. I show her what I picked up off the floor. “Map,” I say, just as excited as she is.
