Under the Crimson Moon: A Dragon's Pride

Under the Crimson Moon: A Dragon's Pride

I have more pieces of his than he has of mine, so I must be close to winning. “Check and mate,” Max responds, as he deposits his piece into place. I blink and look down at the board in confusion. I’ve lost? Impossible! I check every piece of mine before my eyes land on the King. Just as Max has claimed, I can’t move without him taking my piece and as the rules state, if the King is taken, I lose. I am so dumbfounded by this revelation that I almost don’t hear Max’s words. “You agree, right? That since I won, I deserve a prize?” He repeats his words as if sensing I haven’t taken them in.

THE FORGOTTEN LUNA

THE FORGOTTEN LUNA

Did they prepare this overnight while I was sleeping? “Unlike the regular packs, where the firstborn son is the automatic heir to the territory, the Royals have a different rule. Any of the King’s offspring could become the next King.” He spoke as he turned to face me. “Or Queen. Thus, the Royal Game was born, giving any Royal Princess a fair chance to rule the Kingdom with her mate or husband.” Goosebumps rose from my skin as he continued speaking.

such a good storyline. I wish it had a little more to deal with their wolves. Majority of the book was with them in their human form. Still a good storyline. I love all the twists and turns that it did, I was not expecting the games!

Life After Prison

Life After Prison

"You can gain points by defeating the opponent and advance to the next round. Furthermore…" Severin understood the rules after Oskar's explanation. Each token in their hands was equivalent to a point! The basic principle of the game was simple—snatch the tokens from the opponent's hand to increase one's own points. Those with the most points would then face opponents with similar points after advancing to the next stage. At the same time, all contestants were allowed to use their trump cards, such as spiritual treasures, pills, spells, and various divine techniques in the arena. Only one restriction was imposed, and that was not to kill one's opponent.

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

ENTANGLED WITH THE CURSED ICE PRINCE

they both chorus. “And immediately the winner is announced, you shift into your wolf form and continue fighting. But remember the strict rule… you are not allowed to kill your opponent,” he repeats, even though he has told them earlier at the palace. “If you kill your opponent or injure him beyond the normal standard, then you too will be killed. Is that clear?” “Yes, Beta.” “You have just one hour, and once it’s up and no one loses, the game will end in a tie. Nowwwww,” he roars loudly. “Let the game begin!” He blows the whistle in his hand.

Death Notice

Death Notice

They never dreamed that the game could be played like that. Looking at their shocked and terrified expressions, Jack smiled in satisfaction. “You all know the game, now let me explain the rules of the game. Your wrists, ankles, and necks each have a metal ring. I believe that you’ve watched the previous live broadcasts. There’s a miniature bomb inside, which is enough to break your necks. The key to opening it is placed behind the game. Also, in this game, your feet are free, but you cannot move your body. If this happens, it will be considered a foul. and the price of a foul is elimination!”

A Nearsighted Girl’s Journey Through a Horror Game

A Nearsighted Girl’s Journey Through a Horror Game

Kill and claim. From Day Four on, if player A kills player B, A gets B’s visitor card for that floor and inherits all the cards B had already collected. It’s basically farming. If A raises B like a pig, fattens them up, then beats them when B’s weaker, A gets everything. And all of us were the pigs being raised by Elaine and Jethro. By accident, I became the pig king. Ugh. To put it bluntly, the rules actually allow and encourage slaughtering each other.

The Alpha King’s Game

He was the crown prince and cannot be touched. Now he has become King. I swore revenge. It’s blood or blood. The only way to get closer to the King without suspicion is to take part in the King’s game, win and become his shadow and so I have trained all day and all night to be strong enough to take on that position by his side and from that very position, torture awaits him. I will torment him until he runs mad and dies from the inside before i finally kill him physically and then, I would escape like nothing happened just like he did with Stacy’s death.

My Sporty Billionaire

My Sporty Billionaire

It was called King or Queen of the court. One player would be the king or queen of the court and they would start at one end of the court. The remaining players also called challengers would have to win 2 points in a row to become King or Queen and the first player to win 10 points as King or Queen was going to be the winner. I watched with my hands folded as the ball went from left to right. Then someone came up behind me and I turned to see Rhys. "I want a better explanation. We clicked as such good friends. I know you understand me and know my reason for this so I need to know just why you wouldn't help me. There has to be a real reason." He said and I shook my head.

Sanjo said which immediately changed what Huxley think and then we proceeded on playing that game again. A quick explanation of the game is there will be popsicle sticks in a cup. Under them are numbers are written and a crown. Whoever picks the one with the crown will be the king of the game and then he can say any commands that he wants while picking on the numbers that were written on the other popsicle sticks. King's commands are absolute. That's the very first rule that should be followed when playing this game. "For those who will not comply to the King's command, needs to eat one of these chocolates," Sophie said as she points to the chocolate she brought. How could eating chocolate r

The Rule

The Rule

Their flicker cast long, twitching silhouettes upon the stone walls, draping the chamber in a half-light that made it difficult to tell what was real and what was reflection. At the center of the room sat William, bathed in the faint glow of gold and shadow. He reclined easily upon a cushioned divan of deep maroon velvet, one leg crossed over the other. Before him, on a low table of blackened oak, was a game, Alekhtar. A war-strategy game of conquest and sabotage, said to be favoured by monarchs who preferred subtlety over brute strength. The pieces gleamed — some carved of obsidian, others of ivory. He moved them idly, not to play, but to think.
