Karl was there, chatting with a servant with his Iced Americano in his left hand. "That's hilarious!" he covers his mouth when he almost spits the coffee when he sees me. His eyes widened, and he rushed to my side. "Sir!" "You're damn loud for a fucking morning," I told him and went to the kitchen to get a coffee. I saw Karl whispering to himself, but I ignored it. I'm cutting him some slack for today. I really am not in the mood to pick on him. At the car, I simply put on the music and let Karl drive.

Karl raised his sword, and his men rushed past him to engage the army of Highfox. Karl set his horse into a forward motion, and he moved straight for King Elton. Karl's sword fell fifty knights of Highfox before he reached King Elton. The King looked at the sword stained with the blood of his men with weary eyes, and he anxiously met Karl's gaze. The King's silver sword with gold hilt adorned with precious stones met Karl's as they sat on their horses, and both danced.

“I seriously doubt that.” I give him a look. “Don’t try to flirt with me, Karl. It won’t do you any favors.” “Flirting?” he asks, batting his eyelashes slightly. “Why, I would never.” “Just shut up and chop the carrots. And hurry up; you’re slower than molasses in January.” “Sure thing, grandma,” Karl purrs. The corner of his mouth turns up a little. I can tell he wants to smile, but he’s doing what he can to avoid it.

His fingers twitched—a subtle, nervous tic. Lucy stepped toward him, slowly. “Tell me,” she said, voice deceptively soft. “How is Laura’s father these days? Still sending daughters to do his dirty work?” Briggs froze—fear flaring in his pupils. Got him. Karl moved like a predator—grabbing Briggs by the front of his robes and slamming him to the table. “You think you can sell out my mate? My kingdom?” Karl roared. Briggs sputtered, eyes wide. “I—I didn’t—You don’t understand—”

Andrew then introduced Karl to Terry, Gary, Brad, and Yakov whose hands were also shaken by Karl. Gary is the tallest among them. He has a large, muscular build and a towering height of 193 cm which is way taller than Karl. He has sharp eyes with small pupils. His hair is mostly blond, except for the middle of his fringe, which is black and styled up. His eyebrows are the same color as his fringe, implying that his hair is dyed blonde. Finn parked the car beside a Lamborghini car as we both stepped down, okay, I clearly didn't look at Finn's outfit before, but now I actually see it, he is wearing a black polo with a skull head logo and a black Jean trouser. "Ready?" He gave me a bright smile which I returned. "I guess" I took in a deep breath, a really big one, I wasn't gonna lie, like for real I'm scared, what if things go wrong?. Karl won't try to fight back in a party with so many people right?.
