The one who occupies the devil's throne is the devil king. Devil king though has the physical human body, it’s the pure demonic spirit at the highest level with unquenchable energy that rules Ash city with evil intent. All evil attacks in the city are orchestrated by the devil king. Devil king has special characteristics I would want to explain later. The devil king is an agent of the destroyer. No human has the power to kill the devil king. Though it is possible that one can destroy the physical human body but you can kill the spirit of the devil king.
