“I made you famous, I made you powerful, I made you rich and invincible and you aren’t even grateful enough to appreciate the times when we worked as a team.” “You made me a beast,” I said in grief. “Now, I’m just a villain in every wolf storybook. The anti-hero to every little wolf-child.” “Stop crying over spilt milk, Blade. There’s nothing you can do anymore, all the efforts you’ve made in the past three years turned out fruitless and when I eventually take control, I would make sure the world never forgets The Ripper.” “I’m sure you’re excited.” I said with a defeated voice.

The new she wolf then raised her knee catching Racheal right under the chin throwing her backwards onto her back. The match didn’t even last two minutes before it was over, and the young warriors began to chant, “Luna!” Pride began to fill me that they had also chosen her as their Luna too, but there was still the fact that I didn’t know if she belonged to another. Our eyes then met and I could tell that she was looking at me for the approval to stop.

She asked, impatient as she waited for him to elaborate. "Bruce a-and Layla Kingston. They're the leaders of t-the Panthers, The American m-mafia." She sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Unfortunately, I don't have a clue of who they are." The woman grabbed another knife from the table and slashed multiple cuts on his chest, red blood oozing down his torso freely. Bella went around him and carved a heart on his bare back. It was her symbol; a signature, you could say. Each of her victims, alive or not, bared the symbol on their skin.

Because if he doesn't, I would get blamed for all of it. I stood on my feet and opened the drawer in search of my cell phone just to remember that it was in the car. I slipped into my slippers and rushed downstairs careful not to hit my swollen palm on anything. When I reached the first living room, I remembered the key. The car key. Oh shit. The car key. I rushed back upstairs and opened the door to the room. I rummaged through the nightstand looking for the key to the Lamborghini. Jeez, there are so many keys. How was I going to know the one which suits the car?

I will see you on the other side” said Lucien with tears in his determined eyes. Adolphus watched as the elder wizard raised the dagger and slashed the throat of the already surrendered younger wizard. And as blood gushed out the guts of Gerard, Lucien began to mumble some words and guide the flow of blood into the glowing blue liquid that attracted Adolphus in the first place. Adolphus was used to the sight of blood by now and he wasn’t so perplexed seeing as Lucien carved out his heart from the chest and chant. What made Adolphus hesitant was the fact that deeper within him, he wanted to see Lucien go through with it.

“My father is an asshole, but he doesn’t care that you’re a hybrid. He was worried at first because as a hybrid you could easily overpower me and take the kingdom.” “I would never!” I exclaim, offended. Samael laughs at me and shakes his head. “I know my love, but all he saw at the time was a threat.” “And what does he see now?” I ask, confused. “He sees Lothar Crescent’s long-lost daughter. The heir to the werewolf kingdom, the kingdom who’s king I have a meeting with in two weeks time, to sign the contracts for an alliance between our two countries.” My mouth drops at his words.

“We go forward. We find our mother’s secrets. We learn why this prophecy birthed three, and who waits beyond the veil. And when they come again… we’ll be waiting.” The valley quieted. The bond between us pulsed strong. Kayel lifted his blade, dusk glittering on its edge. Bianca’s aura shimmered silver. Azelia inhaled, firm. I drew a breath, feeling the three hearts beating, one purpose, to reclaim, to protect, to remember. Above us, the moon broke free. Its light bathed the valley, crisp and cleansing. The war had truly begun. And now, with three hearts to beat, we would no longer be fragments of power.

The heat of his body enveloped me, and a sigh almost left my lips. “...I am the backbone that gives the Blue Lily pack the strength and courage to stand in the face of our adversaries. I am the heart that pumps the blood of vengeance through the veins of our warrithehee mastermind behind every scheme we have used to conquer our enemies. I am the bane of my enemies and the light of my people. I am their greatest weapon. I am Regina Shepherd, the fucking queen of war, and when I say that this raid isn't going to happen, then it wouldn't happen. ” I turned from his green orbs and stared into the gray eyes of Killian. His face was frozen in a blank look before he cleared his throat and spoke.

A subtle knock was on my door and when the door opened, Dante appeared with his new beta, of which he was told to wait outside. "Good morning your majesty," he greeted me as I nodded. "So Dante, you said you wanted to see me," I asked, going straight to the point. "Yes sir, there was another attack and they left a letter,"'he replied, handing me a rough sheet with blood stained. "They want to break their allegiance sir, which means another war will break out," Dante informed. I can't have another war, I haven't even settled the Kai issue, it makes trusting Kai with my kingdom really hard.
