"Eat with me, Kira.” "No Luna, it is not allowed." She stepped backward. “I will be right here waiting to clear the dishes.” She gave Kiara a bow. "So you will remain standing?" Kira shook her head positively. "Oh no! Please I don't want that! You are not a slave!” Kiara said in a slightly raised tone. "No, I am a slave to you." Kira countered. Kiara frowned at her response. "No, I am a human like you so I am asking you to at least sit down if you won’t eat with me.”

Tangerine and Uno crept forward, ready to strike. But before they could attack, Ethero turned around, a sinister smile on his face. "I've been expecting you," he said. Tangerine and Uno exchanged a worried glance. Had Kira betrayed them? Suddenly, a figure appeared behind Ethero. It was Kira. "I'm sorry, Ethero," she said. "But I can no longer stand by and watch as you destroy everything in your path." With a flick of her wand, Kira sent Ethero flying across the room. He landed with a thud, unconscious.

"They’ll want to break you first, make an example of you. If you’re convincing, you’ll give us the time we need. That’s all you need to worry about.” His jaw tightened, but he nodded. Reluctant compliance was still compliance. Before the discussion could move further, a voice broke through the tension. Smooth, self-assured, and completely foreign. “Clever plan, but not clever enough.” All eyes turned. A woman emerged from the shadows. She looked at me, smiled before coming closer. Sabrina’s hand was on her blade before the woman stopped walking. “Who the hell are you?” She didn’t flinch, didn’t loose her smile. She was almost amused. “My name is Kira. An exile, courtesy of Elara’s dear aunt.

Hiro complimented. Reiri quickly averted her gaze to hide the blush on her cheeks. “It’s just you who didn’t appreciate it at first.” She smiled while skillfully evading the enemies that kept on attacking her. Hiro stared at her for a moment before grinning. “Well, just for now.” Reiri’s smile suddenly disappeared, and she frowned. He would never let himself be defeated. This time around, Shamira did not feel a great deal of sympathy for the captives, but Shane had still promised to be much easier on them than Daniel had been to her. "Where IS Shane?" she muttered as the werelionesses Barbara and Kira . . . "Hey, your name is Kira!" "So nice of you to notice," the supple blond noticed with a smirk. "No . . . sorry, I mean . . . One of my donors is names Kira. I just . . . it's not THAT common of a name," she continued. "I'll stop talking now." "It's okay. We haven't really had much chance to spend time together since we got here. Things have been . . . busy."

She told me how she killed the princess and framed me up for it because the man whom she love so dearly was falling in love with another woman. For a fact, I'd never thought she would be the murderer. I mean she was a nice and cheerful person. I looked at Kira, "Is this why you warned me?" Kira made a face and grimly nodded her head. I pulled back from the hug and crossed my arms against my chest. "Did the King finally grant me my wish?" Lauren giggled staring at me. I turned towards Kira because I had no idea what she was talking about. "No" Kira started, "This is Miss Talia, Demon Kings Mate" ***

" Charles shouted at Kira. Kira pulled back Kendra's hair with force and rubbed the knife's blade on Kendra's neck. I could already see the line of blood. Kira licked the knife then looked at me. "Sure. One of you must die but unfortunately, Kendra isn't the chosen one." Kira said and let ho of Kendra's hair. Kira walked towards and then passed me. She opened a hidden door and pulled out Mirabella, gagged and blindfolded. "My daughter!" Charles shouted. "Let her go! Mirabella! No! Let my daughter go!" Kendra shouted with all her might. "Yes. Your daughter will be made example before your eyes." Kira said.

But she ignored it. I liked her already. Kira stepped closer, looking me over with an appraising but kind eye. “You’ve got good posture. And potential. And eyes like someone who’s held far too much inside for far too long.” My throat tightened. “Something like that.” Her smile softened. “Well, don’t worry. I talk enough for both of us. And Ronan can talk for none of us, so I balance the scales.” Ronan sighed. “Kira…” She grinned smugly. “See? Balance.”

I did not turn to look at Xavier but I could sense that he was confused. "Your Highness," Kira said as she got up from her chair and then held her dress —which had a tale of once being extravagant but which now looked like it had seen many days– on both sides and then courtesy before Xavier. "I am Kira Blackwood, the daughter of Faustus Blackwood, the Alpha of the Black Water pack," Kira announced herself.
