The Mating Game
I promised because I was going to use this as the perfect outlet for all my pent-up frustration—sexual and otherwise.
"Do your worst," one of them taunted, crouching into attack position.
"The rules are simple," my father called, "no shifting. That means no claws, no fangs, no wolves. This is hand-to-hand combat. There will be no fatalities here today. Do I make myself clear?"
A chorus of "Yes Alpha" reverbed through the room.
"Sure thing Alpha Killian." I heard Orion say.
After an unnecessary dramatic pause, my father yelled, "Let the games begin."
