My hand locked in Aegon's and the smile on my face widened when I caught sight of Knox who relaxed on a wooden chair, a smile on his countenance as well. “Welcome back to the Pack, Alpha Knox,” the man who announced the arrival of the maidens at every full moon, greeted with a bow. “Welcome back, strong men of this pack. It is a good thing to have you in our midst once again. All thanks to the moon goddess for showing us mercy again—for this victory cannot be by strength alone.” He was right. Their strengths could not do all the job. But the intervention of the moon goddess as well.

“Oh, this is juicy.” Kieran stumbles back, snow crunching under his boots. His chest heaves as his breath ceases. “Nova, let me explain.” Sloane’s laugh slices through the cold. She enters the light; her white fur coat glows under the Blood Moon. Diamonds drip from her ears, each one screaming money. “Too late, little wolf. The Blood Moon rises tonight.” Kieran frowned. “That's not true; it can't be tonight.” “Do you think I am lying?” She flicks her wrist and stares at her watch. “The countdown is 03:59:47. The sound of church bells rang in the distance, signifying the moon had reached the highest point in the sky. The moon goddess told them when all species joined as one again, all the gods and goddess's would return to the earth and it would be the end of existence as we know it." her mother spoke slowly after a deep breath.

"Yes, of course," She took off the top of the box, revealing a folded dress. It was made of silken midnight blue fabric, and she could see the folded sleeves adorned with moonstones. It looked beautiful. "Wow!" She breathed, "What's the occasion?" "Tomorrow is the First night of the Full Moon," Kaden stated, stealing all her attention from the dress. She inquisitively looked up at him, waiting for more. "And also the night of a Celebration we call the BONDING MOON. It's a night where all our newly mated pairs are officially acknowledged by the Pack," Kaden explained.

~STORM As I sit here under the soft glow of the moon, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. The moon goddess has truly blessed me in ways I never thought possible. I look around at my beautiful family, and my heart swells with joy. My twins, Selene and Kingdom, are the light of my life.
