Koa barked (no pun intended). Being around lycans for so long, I forgot that wolves can not talk in wolf form. They can still mind link other wolves and that’s how they communicate. So when Koa spoke, this wolf’s eye went the size of baseballs. Koa rolled her eyes and then backed off him so he could face us. “Ok here’s the deal mister. You do understand English yes?” Koa asked toning it down a little bit. The wolf just continued to stare at us. Ugh we weren’t going to get anywhere with this shithead.

Not understanding, I felt uncomfortable. “Why won’t you talk to me?” I asked. She smiled at me, which made me think maybe she wasn’t mad at me. Then she tapped her mouth with her fingers, before shaking her head. Next, she moved her hand to tap her head, then moved her the fingers of her other hand that I knew meant talking or something. “Are you saying you can’t talk, but you can in your head?” I asked. She smiled widely and nodded her head. It took me a minute to understand what she was getting at. Then it clicked. She meant she could communicate through the pack link.

" Her tone was harsh and cold, making both of them silent, but for god's sake, at least tell me what's happening. "Will anyone explain to me what's happening?" I hissed after seeing no one talking. Kris finally replied, "Nothing happened; it's just your wolf is the one who can communicate with her wolf, so we were hoping that you and your wolf would help us to get her out of the coma." 'I'm trying to talk to Aurum, but she's not responding.' Josh said when I replied to Kris, "My wolf is trying to talk to her wolf, but she's not replying."

She asked him. “I am not staying here. I am just here to drop you off. I will return to the city,” He replied. Faith’s eyes widened, “Wait – what? You want me to stay here alone?! Mateo, I don’t even speak their language! How am I going to live alone?” She asked frantically. “Kami will help you with that,” He told her. Faith squinted her eyes, “Who is Kami?” She asked. Mateo took his phone out of his pocket and checked something on it before he placed it back in, “Kami is one of the villagers. He can help you translate. He is a good kid. I already talked to him. He will be here any minute now,” He answered her.

Azraiel and Katya look at each other in the next second when they realize it is coming from the people around them. They hum in rhythm and Azraiel instantly recognizes what’s going on. They are using the same frequency language that he used to communicate with them for the first time. “What are they saying?” Katya asks when she sees Azraiel looking confused. “They are using the sound frequency language but I can’t understand anything.” Azraiel doesn’t like it. Nope…not knowing what’s going on has never worked for him. “It’s like they are talking in a code…it’s still the same language but the sounds don’t make sense when put together.” Azraiel whispers.

It started saying fuwa, which means it was talking but Mizuko still can't understand them. "You have a Kebano?" Mizuko asked, staring at the little fluff. "Fuwa!" "Glitter said stop gawking at her. It's creepy." "You can understand your Kebano?" Her voice raising. "How are you doing that?" Pixie looks at her weirdly, almost grimacing with her ignorance. "Wht are you so surprised? Aren't humans from Hikari educated enough to know why someone has--" "She has memory problems, Mira. She also has a Kebano that she can't understand as of this moment."

I lazily rested my arms on either side of me, closed my eyes, and surrendered to my sulky mood. ‘Another promise broken…’ I comment to my wolf.
