Loria walks back in with paintbrushes for herself, Among the first things Loria notices walking in is a vase of flowers on the Metal Dresser. Bonnie drew a picture of herself. It was a portrait of herself with a serene expression. It's done with chalk in bold colors. Loria painted a painting she thought fit Donald, It depicts a desert road rendered in a realistic style. It's done with oil paint in dusky colors. Loria thought "It seems to fit Dr. Markus more... Or would a sad painting fit him more?" In curiosity and intrigue. Julianna inquired. "I'm really sorry, even I too didn't know that I was this good with things like this." She said, and took her seat infront of the board. Julianna only stared at what she drew in shock. She indeed had a skull in drawing, and this was some thing she hid for white a while. "I can't believe that you were able to draw the alpha, I mean you really made a prototype." Julianna said, and with this Aerona shook off her head.

Seemed like they hadn't been touched for a long time. I picked up the first one. It was a portrait of Boomer, drawn as if it was not an artwork but a real picture. The colors blended with each other so well like some professional artist put their heart and soul in it. The second one was of Doser... then another of the boys together… and one of Karen. At the end of the canvases there were written the letters 'H. K.'. H. K. Hunter King. Hunter drew all these? Admiration filled my heart.

Chapter 23 Aeson’s POV “I’m an artist and you’re my mate so your name is written all over my body but what I need is an extra design on my skin and I would love the brush painted white” Kora’s choice of words baffled me me and left me in a very fixed spot and I couldn’t deny the fact that she hooked me with her words. “I’m the artist so I’ll drag the painting closer and start my design” On that note I kissed her and realized how soft and plush her lips were.

I couldn't resist sketching Kiara a few times; she was too adorable when she curled up next to me and dozed off, or when she would lie on her back while playing with a mouse toy. There were moments when my hand seemed to have a mind of its own, producing a drawing that surprised me once I finished. It would be of him, more specifically his piercing golden-brown eyes. I would have several pages of him in my sketchbook and not miss a single detail when it came to his tattoos.

The sharp lines were incredibly precise and perfectly shaded. Three figures were sketched with meticulous care. Angela Monroe stood on the far left. A small child stood next to her. In the center, a much taller figure stood firmly between the gate and the other children. The tall figure had long dark hair. The figure looked incredibly strong and unyielding. Lily had labeled the tall figure with perfectly neat block letters. "Rora at the gate." Aurora stared at the pencil drawing. Her heart swelled with a massive, sudden warmth. The brilliant child had documented her absolute safety. "That is a very good drawing, Lily," Aurora whispered.

"I will help." Kai nods with the satisfaction of someone whose project planning has received the necessary resource confirmation. Then he picks up the drawing book from the chair and he opens it to a fresh page and he begins to draw, right there in the treatment room, with the focused economy of someone who has something to get down before the image leaves. I look over his shoulder. He is drawing three figures: a small one, a tall one, and a third one whose silver hair he renders in careful crosshatched lines, standing in the western quarter with the tree and the lifted pavement stone visible at the edge of the frame.

I had to stop whatever she was planning before it cost me Ike or Kali or anyone else I cared about. Then I heard it — Kora’s voice, sharp and angry, carrying through the trees. I moved quietly, stepping on the tips of my toes, careful not to snap any twigs. I didn’t want to be thrown into the ocean again. I might not be lucky a second time. I pressed myself against a huge, ancient tree, the bark rough against my back, and peered around it. Kora stood in a small clearing with the same dangerous man from the beach. Her posture was tense, hands on her hips. “I am still more powerful than Kali,” she snarled.

The engine cuts off, and for a heartbeat, no one moves. A hum in the distance. The faint rumble of wheels on gravel. My breath catches before I can stop. Then the door opens. And there she is. Korra steps out of the car like she owns the ground it pulls up on. She's dressed in all black, of course—clean lines, tailored fit, tactical but sleek. The sun catches on the shine of her black boots, her hair loose and wavy around her shoulders, flowing down to her back. It's glossy, thick and wild. Her tattoos peek from beneath the cuffs of her sleeves, curling down her fingers like inked armour.
