Kyle Lamb Book Novels & Stories

He clicked his tongue as if feeling disappointed. “You do know I can kill you right here and no one will ever find your corpse, right?” Kyle said in a dark threatening tone. “How can I not know what you are capable of doing? But do you think by killing me here, no one will notice my absence? Do you think no one is actually watching us as we speak? Do you think, I am the only one who knows your secret?” he asked and chuckled lightly. “I am a time bomb Kyle. I can explode anytime so do not underestimate what I am also capable of doing. I can’t wait to see what you are scheming now, and I can’t wait to see you go down into the depths of hell hole you resurrected from.”

"Yeah, I think it's time now" "Call me if you need anything okay?" and I nod. Before I can ask where Kyle and Shawn are, Kyle walks in holding a book that makes us drop our jaws to the ground. "Oh my God!"I bring my hand to my mouth. "Holy sh..."Tay doesn't finish when Nora shoots him with a glare. Nora grabs the book away from Kyle. "Hey, I was reading that"he whines. "Is it my eyes or did I just read Fifty shades of grey on the cover of that book?" Dad asks with his mug halfway to his mouth.

“See… I have good ideas too.” Ivy smiled and elbowed him. ⸻ The library was silent in that thick, sacred way only old libraries could be. Dust floated in shafts of evening sunlight. Rows upon rows of books towered around them, heavy with secrets. Kyle picked up a dusty tome titled “Herbal Remedies and the Curse of the Alder Witches” and flipped it open. “I think this one just tells you how to make soup that kills people slowly,” he muttered. “Useful for finals week,” Ivy said, scanning her own book.

Kyle opened it quickly and swirled inside. Aidan was sat at his desk. He swiveled in his chair and gasped when he saw Kyle standing there. “Can I help you?” he said, adjusting his glasses. Kyle pulled up a spare chair and sat himself down, his face uncomfortably close to Aidan’s. “As a matter of fact, you can,” he said. He smirked as Aidan leaned back, trying to get some space between them. It was then that Kyle noticed the book that lay open on Aidan’s desk. He hadn’t been able to read all that well in his human days, but he could still recognize the word vampire.

She needs to know what really happened and how they were able to come back. KYLE woke up with a feeling that he possessed a strong power. A kind of power he only felt now. He got up and freely surveyed his surroundings. He was sure he was still inside the palace. However, the room he was in now was unfamiliar to him. Many questions are swirling in his mind. Questions he didn’t know if he still wanted to know the answers to. Slowly, he stood up. The first thing that caught his attention was the solitary book resting on a tall table.

I know a rebel when I see one. "You're right, never judge a book by its cover but this particular book, I've already gotten to the epilogue and yes, it's just as good as I initially thought it to be." I smiled warmly, pushing myself up from the soft cushion of the window seat, and waddled to where he sat on the bed. Kyle was leaning on the bed frame, the brown T-shirt he wore was a little wrinkled from his position. I sat on the edge of the bed, my right knee bent under my butt and my left leg dangled on the floor.

"Nope. I figured there wasn't a rush. For all I know, she'll meet some amazing guy between now and then and I'll be off the hook." Kyle grinned and pointed at me, mouthing, "It's you, dude!" "Shut up!" I mouthed back. Kyle laughed silently at me. I watched as he tossed a couple of heavy textbooks into his backpack and slung it over his shoulder. He grabbed his laptop and tucked it under his arm, waving as he headed out the door. I waved back, unable to contain the grin that spread over my face. Then I realized I hadn't heard a word out of my sister in a minute.

Rebecca was thrilled. "We're thinking eighteen months for the manuscript. Does that work?" "It has to. I have a daughter and pack duties and my Initiative." "We'll work around your schedule. This book is worth waiting for." The writing process started slowly. I'd steal an hour here and there, typing out memories between Luna duties and motherhood. Lyra noticed me working late one evening. "New project?" "Writing a book. About Kyle and me. About integration." Her eyes widened. "That's amazing. The community needs that perspective."

When his wrinkled eyelids peeled back, there was no white left in his eyes. His eye sockets were packed with clusters of tiny red eyeballs. As he finished swallowing the last of the bloody intestine, a slit opened in one of the deep creases on his face. An eye stared out from within it. Then another, and another. Each one was crammed with writhing red eyeballs. A black lamb wandered into the yard. The moment it saw Frank, it tried to flee. It never got the chance. Frank grabbed the lamb by the head and tore the top of its skull clean off.

Clara found Kael in the library that evening. He was reading an old book about the history of Hidden Lunas, his brow furrowed in concentration. "Finding anything useful?" she asked, sitting across from him. "Not really. Most of these books were written by wolves who never met a Hidden Luna. They're full of speculation." "Then maybe you should write your own book someday." Kael laughed. "I'm not a writer." "Neither was I. But I've told my story enough times to fill a library." She leaned forward. "How are you settling in?"
