Phillian shot him a glare. “Were you just checking her out?”
Lee grinned and stared right back at him. “It’s part of my job to study body types. Did you forget? I’m a tailor.”
Then Lee straightened and walked over to the table, still grinning, and sat beside their mother, joining in the conversation.
At that moment, Caty turned toward the doorway and saw him standing there. She paused for a second, clearly surprised, then looked away quickly. She reached for her glass of lemon water, took a sip, swallowed her food, and smiled politely at his mother.
