Silver Lining

Silver Lining

I say with a chuckle. We head upstairs and go to the left wing. There are big double doors on either side of me we go into the left side and the doors open to a spacious living room with desks and chairs lining the walls on the left and right sides. The far end has floor-to-ceiling windows that look out into the woods and the front of the compound. Most of the desks have personalized items on them with books and laptops. In the corner to my left is a coffee station. There are 10 doors split evenly throughout the living room on one side are five doors and the other the same. Each door has a name on it except three.

Trick

"All I did was give you more storage in ways that are hidden from the naked eye." I see what she's saying. A couch she put against the back wall is actually a futon with large throw pillows and hidden underneath it are boxes of files. There's a few other clever hacks she's found on the internet, but the piece I love most is the desk. It's painted the matte black she promised it would be, and she's replaced the hardware with chrome pieces. It's badass, if a desk can be badass. Everything about it screams me. The bonus is finding out she knows me so well. She didn't even have to ask me anything, she did this on her own. "So you really like it?"

OMG! This book is so good! I have laughed so hard at some parts of this book. Some parts had me emotional. This is absolutely hands down one of the best books I have ever read. This is the second book I have read by this author and the stories have been fantastic! Seriously, read the book!

This book is definitely worth reading. Guaranteed you won’t be disappointed. It was very hard for me to put the book down because of how captivating the story was. I would have kept reading if there were more chapters, but the ending was great.

The Rogue Warrior

The Rogue Warrior

This could be a great opportunity for the coven to create a profitable business. I decided that I would map out my room first and decide what I could leave behind and what I would need to bring and buy. I had decided that half of the room would serve as my office and I would put my desk to the right of the door facing the door. That would mean that along the wall behind my desk I would be able to put a large bookshelf. By this set up I would be able to set up three large book shelves in here. I could arrange the shelves in a U shape, with my desk situated right in the middle. I would have easy access to each of my needed books. On the opposite side of the desk I would be able to place two ch

EX-HUSBAND'S REGRET (It's Too Late To Apologise)

"But not in the obvious places. He had hidden compartments. Secret spaces. He was paranoid about corporate espionage." "Sounds lovely." Marcus started examining the desk's exterior. "Any hints about where these compartments are?" "She said to look for irregularities. Places where the proportions don't quite match. James was a perfectionist about design. If something looks slightly off, it's probably intentional." We worked methodically. Opening drawers. Checking dimensions. Tapping on wood panels listening for hollow sounds. My engineering background made me approach it like a structural problem. The desk was built in three sections—two pedestals and a center span. Standard design. But the l

Two comfortable-looking guest chairs sat in front of the table. On the far right of the office, there is a long couch that can accommodate three people and two single-seaters on either side, with a glass center table adorned by a peace lily in a white vase. The room is dimly lit. The glass window behind the couch is partially covered by a three-layer curtain with a clip that holds them together, bearing an emblem. It must be the official logo of the pack.

he muttered softly while stroking Bravo in his hand. "Be careful," Laird advised the woman. "Yes, Laird. Thank you. Please, have a seat," she gestured for us to sit on the sofa. I felt it was a family room transformed into a small office. There were three desks with computers on each. One desk even had three monitors lined up on it. Several stacks of papers and computer spare parts were scattered in front of each desk. "Would you like me to make coffee?" Laird asked me, as if he were hosting guests.

Hers. The desk was old, rescued from a curb, its surface scored with faint knife marks and ink stains. She’d sanded it down herself one weekend, Corvin holding it steady while she cursed at the sander. Now it held her laptop, an overworked lamp, a chipped mug full of pens (one of which hummed faintly when she brushed it), and a stack of notebooks. The bedroom door stayed open without any sense that something would creep through it. No Ethan’s jacket on the chair.

Recliners and sofas neatly pressed against lockers, allowing ample space in the halls for patrons to peruse safely. The lobby likewise had impressed Shane. It had been arranged professionally and with meticulous care. A massive cherry wood desk greeted customers upon their entrance, serving as a front counter and customer service area. On it sat a sleek laptop computer, a corporate telephone with extensions, a fax and small copy machine, and two neat piles of various purchase forms. Behind the desk stood two cherry wood bookshelves full of binders, no doubt an inventory of the store’s offerings. No one had been there to meet them, but Shane figured a store this size kept all its workers busy

Fated Power - Fated Destiny

The various workstations, ingredients already properly sorted on the shelves, and an entire wall that was made into a giant whiteboard. “This entire room is reinforced with the same parameters as your magic room at the packhouse. However, I modernized this one with computer capabilities,” Dante said. He pointed out the L-shaped corner desk that housed three monitors. I was glad that he thought about doing that because I had come across many times where it would have been very helpful to have that setup already in place. “So, what do you think, babe? Can you see us filling this house with our love?” I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck, looking up into his gorgeous blue eyes th

The Dark Moon and Fated series are definitely in my top 10 books of all time! Your ability to tell a story and bring it to life is amazing! When I’m reading I can actually picture it in my head as if I’m watching a movie! Love Dante, Chris, Ziyah and the whole pack! I highly recommend these books!!!

Three books into the Fated Series, and I can't put them down. I've reread everything within them multiple times. Incredible imagination doesn't even begin to cover it. I love this author's creativity and inclusion of various supernatural species, but I especially love the unique take on it all.

Alpha, I Won’t Let You Banish Me Again

Alpha, I Won’t Let You Banish Me Again

As I entered the hut at the end of the hallway, I found a kitchen with a round dining table that was large enough to accommodate around four to five people. The space was open, located just a few steps from the dining table, and would lead you to the living room and a bathroom. Three doors surround the living room area. The first two rooms are bedrooms, while the last door was half an office and the other half was built as a library.
