Guerrero takes out his gun and shoots the man, square in his chest without flinching a muscle then he strides towards Jeremy.
“What is this hostile reception I'm getting, Kid?”
“There was a… situation.”
“I can see that, even the slick and cunning Maxim couldn't slip through this one,” Guerrero mocked.
Maxim moaned at his son’s betrayal, “You bastard.” He gurgled, struggling as blood bubbled in his throat.
“Take him to the car,” Guerrero snapped at two of his men.
“Our bargain is complete Kila Vongov, pleasure doing business with you.” Guerrero turns his back to leave but halts at the sound of two safety levers being flicked off.
