It looks like a library but she said it was just a room for books that wasn't for the public to casually buy. I opened some book and saw that it was full of romance stories. 'Action is better.' But what could these romance books have that many women likes to read these? They have the same story anyways. As I was flipping the pages of a book I casually picked up, the woman from the counter earlier went back inside the room holding two thick books. "Sir Jean, I have the books you wanted." "Thank you." "May I ask a question, sir Jean?" I nodded at her question.

“Something that can help him. Something to help us.” Lady Lily studied me in silence for a moment, then let out a quiet exhale. She stepped past me, her gown brushing the floor as she moved with practiced elegance. I watched as she halted at a shelf near the far corner, her hand hovering for just a moment before plucking out a book bound in dark leather. Turning back toward me, she held it up like an offering. “I believe this could help,” she said. Suspicion flickered through me. “Why would you give me this?”

I replied with a smile. Catherine was indeed beautiful. She had very long thick lashes and cute big eyes that fit perfectly on her round face. Fat cheeks and full attractive cheeks with well-accentuated curves and a beautiful heart as well. All the things I didn't have but wish I did. "Tonight is the night when you my girl takes back fully what truly belongs to you," Catherine said with a wink while proceeding to adjust her earring in the mirror. I smiled and picked up my purse from the table.

So, she sat on the bed and read or napped. The next day, when the maid brought her breakfast, she also brought a book. Ayla picked it up, excited to read it. She wondered if it was full of stories about Paladins and dragons or princesses that went on adventures. The maid left, leaving Ayla alone. She sat at the table, smiling until her eyes fell on the title—”Manners and Etiquette: A guide for proper ladies.”

The faster she knows how to behave like a royal, the better. This book is much more approachable, but still old-fashioned. ‘Deportment for Young Ladies’ is about what to wear and how to carry yourself. Most of which probably doesn’t apply now. She holds up a page on how to wear a bustle out to George. With a pleading moan, “Do I need to know this particular section, or can I skip it?” He looks at the page and laughs,

The book told of women trapped in illusions, caught between worlds — ghosts of themselves, struggling to reclaim their true identities.

It was a haven for diligent students, their heads buried in textbooks as they chased after knowledge and good grades among the comforting stacks of dusty tomes. However, Katherine didn’t quite fit the mold. Numbers and historical facts weren’t what excited her; her heart craved the enchanting worlds of romance and adventure found within novels. Every free moment, when she wasn’t wallowing in dismay over her less-than-stellar academic performance, was spent here, browsing the shelves for a story that would whisk her away completely.

One of the two gossipy maids immediately straightened her back. “Has any of you seen Grace?” I asked and one of them answered, “I believe she was doing laundry, my lady.” I frowned. I did not want to go find out where the laundry was. “Oh, well then can anybody tell me where the royal library is?” I enquired and the girls stared at me as if I had just asked them to donate their kidneys to me. “The royal library?” They all asked in unison. I furrowed my eyebrows and repeated myself, “Yeah, you know a place where you store lots of books to read? You must have heard of Cinderella, right?”

“I don’t know. You keep everything in such good condition. I’m almost afraid to touch anything in this room.” “I know you’ll be careful with my things.” She nodded and pulled the book off the shelf. “I didn’t know you liked Jane Austen.” “Why not?” She shrugged. “She’s a woman author.” “I’m broad minded enough to think women have a lot to offer society. I enjoy her work.” “This is one of my favorite books. Sense and Sensibility. The story of two sisters who represent two opposing forces: logic and emotion.” He leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms. He seemed to be considering her analysis of the book. “I didn’t think anyone else in Virginia understood that.”
