I never believed this tale since this was just a made up tale for small children’s to keep them away from wandering in night, but I think my understanding was proven wrong as this awful looking lady looks just like the Marduktema mentioned in tales. Brie said, trying not to laugh herself. Another sharp crack echoed from the egg, silencing the room. Fifteen minutes later, the shell split apart completely, and a hatchling wriggled free a dark blue dragon with a crimson belly. The little creature flapped its wings as if eager to take flight. No one was surprised to see it was male. Through the mind-link, Trace told Mikan they would need to discuss the southern throne later. Mikan silently agreed.

Krisen ordered coldly as he let go of Dimitri’s jaw with indifference. As he stepped back, only then did Dimitri notice three warriors. She frowned deeply as her eyes roamed their figures. “What do you mean by this? Let me go! I am not a criminal!” she struggled hard against the ropes, but she only ended up scrapping her soft skin, bruising herself and drawing out blood. Krisen had only taken a few steps forward when a strange smell hit through his nose. He wrinkled his nose as his brows furrowed in confusion.

Jasper said with a shocked look on his face. “This is what I basically did in the unit,” I said and they all looked at me with new respect in their eyes. I led the girls outside and we got them safely in the cars and Abeloth separated from me again. Bazzoit was standing next to Lucas and together our dragons made quick work of the house after we’d dragged the four vampires inside. “I’ll fly back with you,” Lucas said as he climbed up Bazzoit’s leg. I climbed on top of Abeloth and he took off into the night air. Lucas and I couldn’t talk to each other but I knew the two dragons were communicating.

I wondered what was going on between the two. When Leandros came to sit beside me, I immediately grabbed the opportunity to ask him. “Trouble in paradise, Leandros? Why is Lyra mad at you? Did you two fight?” He sighed and gave me a lost look. “My past has caught up, Hera. Do you remember Dimitra?” I frowned, remembering the princess of the neighboring kingdom of Argyros. “Who? Princess Dimitra Argus?” He sighed, his face filled with hatred for the spoiled princess.
