All the bulbs and tube lights in the room were switched off by them but they made use of LED lights to illuminate the room. Those tiny red and white glow in the darkness were like magic stars. Above her head were hanging ribbons and balloons. The walls were also adorned with balloons, flowers from ribbons, and some other decorations.

It was a perfectly logical question. Luci turned the lights on in the adequately dim room. The palace was so far below the sea that it made it hard for the light sources to penetrate this far.
