Then— "Excuse me?" she snapped, voice like a blade, sharp and cold. Trevor turned, unreadable, but Crystal was already seething. "I am the future Luna," she spat, her fingers digging into Ryan’s arm like claws. "Not her." Her gaze burned into Trevor’s, daring him to challenge her. Daring him to argue.

“If we do that now, it could trigger a resonance collapse. Billions could suffer neural backlash.” “Then we talk to it,” Elise said. Sophia’s eyes lifted to the aurora, where faint outlines of faces still shimmered. “And what do we say to something that carries every dream ever felt?” --- La Paz. The mirror awakened. Elise had left a secondary harmonic terminal running in her old lab. When she accessed it remotely, the mirror no longer reflected her image. Instead, it showed a field of light, rippling like liquid thought. The surface shifted, forming words:

The silver threads seem to catch the ambient darkness itself, humming with that faint, ghostly luminescence I locked into the core with my own blood. It looks alive. It looks dangerous. And laid right beside it, wrapped in silk, is a gown.

He really had spent too long alone. The sanctuary lights glowed warmer around them. Then suddenly— Another part of the chamber illuminated. Lyra blinked in surprise. An enormous mirror stood hidden behind the pillars, its silver surface glowing faintly beneath ancient runes. No reflection appeared inside it. Only moonlight. Kael frowned immediately. “That wasn’t here before.” The voice echoed again softly through the sanctuary. The Mirror of Souls reveals truth. Lyra immediately distrusted it. “Absolutely not.” She pointed accusingly toward the glowing mirror. “That sounds dangerous.”

Broken glass crunches under my boots. "They will pay for this. Every last one of them." Colin tilts his head, but he does not interrupt. I turn from the shattered table and storm toward the far wall where the black root vines twist from the ceiling like veins. I speak an ancient command, and the vines part slowly, revealing a mirror made from moonstone shards. It shows the world beyond the Hollow. The forest. The Starlight Pack’s path. I can almost smell the smugness rolling off them as they return home, victorious.

I crossed one of my leg over. "Welcome everyone to the black auction. We have pretty good items today so please enjoy. The first item. One of Lala-land's finest diamond. This diamond is also one of the rarest diamond in the world. The silver has been extinct and this is the last of its kind. It can cut through anything and projects bright light. This diamond is one of a kind. There's no other of it in the world. We will start the bidding at 3 million dollars." The person said.

"They'll decide his mercy makes him weak." I crush a handful of stardust-salted soil, watching it spark.
