Ivy screamed in pain and shock, reeling back and falling on the floor. Ace jumped out of the circle, not sparing more than two seconds before he slammed his hands in the circle, channelling his energy into it. I noticed that his eyes weren't purely black, they were a dark shade of blue when hit by light. They are just so dark that you would mistake them as black.

I'm driven solely by primal instinct, my focus fixed on defeating Ace. With a fierce battle cry, I lunge at Ace, my hungry claws extended, aiming for his heart. But he refuses to yield. His eyes blaze with a fierce determination. I stab at him repeatedly, but he dodges and weaves, his movements are as fast as lighting. But I notice a limp in his left leg. He does today! Enraged, I snap my jaws wildly, desperate to end this. In one final, vicious lunge, I launch myself at Ace, my bloody fangs bared. But mid-air, I'm knocked off course.

I'm starting a new novel! I'm so excited to share with you guys the other novel I've been plotting lately.
