Dallas, and Jagger had already shifted into their wolves, ready to do battle if need be. Leah sighed and rolled her eyes. Growing up with four brothers, she always felt that men could be so dramatic sometimes. She sighed once again and called softly through the pack link. “Calm down, everyone. It’s okay. Leia paused for a moment before she replied obediently as before, "No problem." As soon as she replied, she noticed a minute change in Deborah's expression. An outsider might not have noticed it, but Leia had worked for Deborah for many years. She could detect even the slightest change in Deborah's expression. "Ms. Johnson, please get some rest. I'll see myself out." "Go ahead." Leia sensed danger the moment she turned to leave. She quickly turned back and saw Deborah pointing a gun at her.

Serena mutters inside my head. Leila’s eyes soften with sadness as she sees us, but then her facial features morph into a hard look. “What is so special about her, huh? Everything she gives you, I can give you, too. Actually, I can provide more. I am better than her in every aspect. I open the door to find Xavier dressed in an expensive looking grey suit, leaning up against my door frame with his hands in his pockets and a small smile resting upon his face. He looks up and down, running his dark eyes over my body, making my heart rate accelerate and a warm feeling to run through my veins.
