I hopped in Brent’s car, and we went to Colten’s house. He had the radio turned up and was drumming his fingers on the steering wheel. I watched the trees as we passed by, and I have a sudden strong craving for blood. Dammit, I was in a hurry this morning and with all the scents throughout the day I’m finally at the end of my rope.

You can have the boy, or you can leave empty handed.” Leon said with a smile on his face. Hunter let out a growl. “You all will die then Leon.” Leon leaned forward close to Dom's ear and whispered something even I couldn't hear and there was a flash on Dom's face. A second later, the sound of rope hit the floor and Dom's hand came up, grabbing the dagger from Leon and he held it to his throat. Shannon pulled me back as I let out a gasp and Leon's men let out growls.

Hunter growled lowly. "He's so f*cking strong. All of you guys are against him, the king, and all the other packs, and yet Alonso is alive, successfully hiding and planning a massacre. That man is inhuman. He won't stop until he gets what he wants and his ambition is f*cking crazy." Lennox stated the obvious. It was true that the werewolf race had never come across such a strong threat that they still couldn't eliminate. Even after losing a strong pack like Draken's. Alonso still stood strong prowling towards his goal. It was f*cking intimidating.

If anyone can win against Jacob, it is him.” “But he is alone,” I whispered. “And he is fighting for me.” Leo hesitated, then nodded. “Yes. He is.”
