“Alpha Damon,” the elderly innkeeper greeted him with a deep bow. Her gaze darted to the unconscious girl in his arms, both of them drenched.
“Is my room as I left it?” Damon asked, his voice calm but commanding.
“Yes, Milord. Not a thing has changed,” the woman replied, fumbling for the key.
